“From design to warranty inspection our experience with Morrison has been FANTASTIC! From the moment we started planning, the team at the showhomes and design center got every detail right. They were so patient as we went back & forth changing our minds more than once. We felt they had our best interest in mind and our new home being perfect was just as important to them as it was to us. The advice we got at this stage was really valuable as their experience gave us wonderful ideas and helped us avoid mistakes. The building team. We lived just down the road from our build site, so we were dropping by almost every day. A treat for them I'm sure. We were impressed by the friendly trades whose quality of work showed how much they cared and took pride in their work. Any issues we found were minor (with so many moving parts to build a home there are bound to be a few hiccups) and Morrison jumped to get them rectified efficiently and in a timely manner. Possession date was right on track which was paramount as we were welcoming our newborn at around the same time. What could have been a very stressful time was made an exciting and positive one by Morrison's commitment and integrity. Our family moved into our beautifully crafted home, and began making memories. Warranty was a breeze. Again, minor issues surfaced which were rectified so seamlessly. Morrison's process is finely tuned. We have been through warranty with another builder and there were more issues and didn't go as smoothly in my opinion. Again, the Morrison rep went above and beyond. “Rod Wolff and his highly competent team of professional contractors provided us a comfort level not experienced in several previous home renovation projects we have taken on. Our project involved every discipline in house renovations from footings and heated concrete floors to complete teardown of building interior up to and rebuilding; including finishing carpentry. We anticipated issues marrying new to old. Rod's ability to communicate and bring trades and owner's together to problem solve resulted in a working environment that focused on the end goal. Rod understands the big picture and seeks to find balance in everything he does; presenting a clear picture for everyone to understand. “My husband and I hired Frame Bros in 2022, shortly after we moved into our home to design and develop our basement. I cannot not recommend them enough! Right from our initial consultation the level of professionalism and industry knowledge far exceeded other companies we had consulted with for the project. Brad was patient during the design process, he was able to offer his industry expertise, while listening to our long list of wants/needs, and designed us the perfect floor plan. Our basement is complete with a home theatre, beautifully designed millwork, a bar area/entertainment area, a full gym, two bathrooms and a bedroom. During the renovation process, his team was very respectful while on site, the project was always left clean at the end of each work day. The project was completed within the anticipated timeframe and done within the quoted budget. The outstanding workmanship, detail and level of care to execute our vision for this space, was truly amazing! I highly recommend Frame Bros. They will most definitely be building our next home for us!”
