If you're looking to put this on a legitimate wine cellar where you plan to age anything, I'd recommend getting a more traditional glass door with a similar iron grating on it, instead. Cellaring wine for extended periods of time (ideally) calls for constant temperature and humidity, which is much harder to control in a room that isn't closed off.
However, if you're not cellaring wine, then I'd check your local listings for a decent blacksmith who can replicate the style and maybe even give you something completely unique!
