    Our copyright agreement with the photographer prohibits free use of the photos for advertising by vendors. Can you be more specific about the intended use?

      Oh, I see. That's ok. We intended to use the photo to show case parts in use. We would also provide credits for the photo.

      That would fall under advertising. Feel free to contact Kathryn Barnard (photographer) at kathryn@kathrynbarnardphoto.com if you'd like to discuss purchasing the rights to use one of her photos. We would require credit to the architect (ROM architecture studio) in addition to whatever payment and credit terms you reach with the photographer.
