Would like to know the size and how long it took to complete

Love this cute studio. How many sq ft would you say it is ? How long did this take to complete

    Hi Phil, thanks for the kind words! This building is about 380 square feet, and to the best of my memory it took 4-5 months to complete. A major time and money consideration for these backyard projects is the excavation for the utilities and foundation. On this project, we got lucky by having good alley access but often in-city lot development is complicated by their need to allow access for large machinery for these jobs.
