AF-L Architects

We believe that architecture can offer experiences that make one and another’s life more exciting. We see architecture as a continual reflection about our surrounding and the feelings it create. The creative process is not purely imaginative but always includes social and ecological questions. The goal is to reach, together with the client, a new vision for each project. The office is driven by a permanent need to experiment. The real pleasure is to turn constraints into new solutions. This everyday challenge makes our lives more exciting! After graduating in Paris and a post graduate at KKH in Stockholm, Albert France-Lanord worked for Ralph Erskine at Drottingholm and Thomas Eriksson. AF-LA was created in 2004. Albert was also teaching architecture at KTH school of Architecture in Stockholm from 2004 to 2009. We work in swedish, english and french!
