Would design work with butcher block top and bar height?

Thanks for replying. Our kitchen has a bay window and narrow side would have to face the window. Wife wants butcher block on top, bar height seating for 8, and storage capacity underneath. Would this work, and if so, can you estimate approximate cost excluding chairs?
