We redesigned the front hall to give the space a big "Wow" when you walked in. This paper was the jumping off point for the whole palette of the kitchen, powder room and adjoining living room. It sets the tone that this house is fun, stylish and full of custom touches that reflect the homeowners love of colour and fashion. We added the wainscotting which continues into the kitchen/powder room to give the space more architectural interest and to soften the bold wall paper. We kept the antique table, which is a heirloom, but modernized it with contemporary lighting.
Wallpaper made from vintage magazines gives this entrance hall a truly unique look.

Another view of the foyer showcases the center table with its authentic tree root base and custom-created table top. The recycled glass, mother of pearl, and mirror chips sprinkled in resin to create this custom top complements the traditional style area rug below as well as the dark finish of the hard wood flooring.

Looking closely at the beautifully finished, vine-covered pergola ceiling, the reflective mica captures the natural light streaming in from the front door and sidelights. The eight-light pendant fixture featuring various sizes of cut stone-shaped glass is clearly the focal point of this foyer, hanging by its polished stainless steel base at various levels.
