Fabritius ArchitektenEin Zweifamilienhaus aus den 1970er-Jahren wurde behutsam modernisiert und an heutige Anforderungen an Wohnen, Komfort und Energieeffizienz angepasst.
Das prägnante Satteldach und die gestaffelte Gebäudestruktur wurden erhalten und gestalterisch neu interpretiert. Eine vertikale Holzverschalung betont die Giebelflächen, während dunkel gefasste Gauben und das neu geordnete Dach dem Gebäude eine zeitgemäße Erscheinung verleihen.
Neue Holzfenster und großzügige Verglasungen stärken die Verbindung zwischen den Innenräumen und dem eingewachsenen Garten. Im Wohnbereich öffnet sich der Raum bis unter das Dach und erhält durch das große Panoramafenster viel Licht und einen weiten Blick ins Grüne.
Die neu gestalteten Innenräume greifen das offene und fließende Raumgefüge des Bestands auf. Helle Oberflächen, natürliche Holztöne und sorgfältig abgestimmte Einbauten schaffen eine ruhige und wohnliche Atmosphäre.
Der charakteristische grobe Putz wurde erhalten, ergänzt und in das neue Materialkonzept eingebunden. Auch typische Elemente des Hauses wurden bewahrt und mit den neuen Bauteilen zu einem stimmigen Gesamtbild verbunden.
Eine maßvolle energetische Sanierung und die Erneuerung der technischen Anlagen verbessern die Qualität des Gebäudes, ohne seinen besonderen Charakter zu verlieren.
So entstand aus dem Bestand ein helles und zeitgemäßes Wohnhaus, in dem sich die Architektur der 1970er-Jahre und neue gestalterische Eingriffe selbstverständlich ergänzen.
