Do not be deceived by the thin wires; we use taut, aircraft-strength cables that keep the chandelier stable in virtually any weather condition. Removing the original French doors on either side of the fireplace allows the new ventless fireplace to command center stage, creating a large fluid space connecting the elegant breakfast room and bonus family room
Middlefork Development LLCThis unique city-home is designed with a center entry, flanked by formal living and dining rooms on either side. An expansive gourmet kitchen / great room spans the rear of the main floor, opening onto a terraced outdoor space comprised of more than 700SF.
