Name ArchitectsThe kitchen is set on a lowered plane, aligning daily life with the garden beyond. This subtle shift in level creates a layered, multi-planar layout, enhancing spatial depth and connection. Exposed timber, oak joinery and soft light ground the space, blurring boundaries between inside and out.
Ameo ConceptTous les attributs de l’ancien étaient présents dans cet appartement : cheminée, miroir d’époque, parquet en chêne massif et corniches. Néanmoins, comme dans la plupart des biens de type Haussmannien, il n’existait aucun rangements, et les espaces salle d’eau cuisine étaient rudimentaires.
Pour ce projet clé en main, il fut donc question de ré-optimiser les volumes, redonner de la fonctionnalité et de la convivialité à l’appartement, tout en lui apportant un caractère affirmé.
Une entrée compacte dessert les sanitaires, la pièce à vivre et la salle d’eau. Cette dernière se loge à présent dans l’ancienne cuisine et salle de bain réunies pour y créer un espace généreux, où se tient une buanderie dissimulée ainsi qu’une douche magistrale.
La cuisine prend place dans la pièce de réception de l’appartement où le linéaire bicolore donne le ton ! Il s’associe à un plan de travail en granit ainsi qu’à une composition de zelliges géométriques mêlant bleu klein et inserts argentés créant une crédence d’exception.
L’espace dînatoire est quant à lui séparé du salon par un agencement sur mesure où les miroirs intégrés transforment la perspective. Ce dernier permet également d’habiller le dos du canapé convertible faisant face a un ensemble bibliothèque télévision où le bleu profond dynamise l’espace.
Enfin, l’espace nuit intègre un lit escamotable encadré d’un dressing pont, et un espace de travail pour une optimisation complète de cet espace à la surface atypique.
Un projet coup de cœur pour l’équipe d’Ameo Concept, où cet appartement de 46,5m2 combine détails classiques et pop tout en optimisant le moindre mètre carré.

HisbalitCasa Decor 2018 ! Patricia Bustos sorprende en su “cocina rebelde”, un mundo lleno de intensidad y color. Osadía, que así se llama su espacio en Casa Decor 2018, es toda una declaración de intenciones. Las tonalidades más intensas de verdes y rosa se combinan con sus versiones pastel, creando una paleta “exquisita” según los visitantes, quienes destacan la propuesta de suelo de la interiorista. Geometría y color marcan el revestimiento de mosaico Art Factory Hisbalit. Un diseño diferente e impactante, que incluye el nombre del espacio “Osadía” en forma de mosaico.
Patricia Bustos ha apostado por la colección Unicolor para este increíble suelo. Ha utilizado tres tonos verdes (Ref 127, 311 y 222), dos tonalidades rosa (Ref 255 y 166) y blanco (Ref 103), un color perfecto para unificar el diseño.

BetterPADThe large kitchen and dining room opening out onto the garden at the lower ground floor. The head height was increased by a metre in order to match the upper ground floor. The space is greeted with an expanse of light and greenery, out through the 3m high Crittall style doors. The rough hewn garden steps lead you up to the original garden level and a purpose built fire place at the end of the garden, the perfect space for entertaining on sunny evening.
