SV DesignHaving been neglected for nearly 50 years, this home was rescued by new owners who sought to restore the home to its original grandeur. Prominently located on the rocky shoreline, its presence welcomes all who enter into Marblehead from the Boston area. The exterior respects tradition; the interior combines tradition with a sparse respect for proportion, scale and unadorned beauty of space and light.

Level Custom BuildSecond floor hallway entrance to master bedroom. These were brand new doors we painted black, but many of the doors on the second floor we're repurposed solid hardwood doors from the old structure. The addition ceiling heights were 10' so we had to build a small staircase to enter the new master bedroom.
Bravas Boca RatonFully integrated Signature Estate featuring Creston controls and Crestron panelized lighting, and Crestron motorized shades and draperies, whole-house audio and video, HVAC, voice and video communication atboth both the front door and gate. Modern, warm, and clean-line design, with total custom details and finishes. The front includes a serene and impressive atrium foyer with two-story floor to ceiling glass walls and multi-level fire/water fountains on either side of the grand bronze aluminum pivot entry door. Elegant extra-large 47'' imported white porcelain tile runs seamlessly to the rear exterior pool deck, and a dark stained oak wood is found on the stairway treads and second floor. The great room has an incredible Neolith onyx wall and see-through linear gas fireplace and is appointed perfectly for views of the zero edge pool and waterway. The center spine stainless steel staircase has a smoked glass railing and wood handrail. Master bath features freestanding tub and double steam shower.

Duffy and Associates Design Build LtdThe new waterfront dwelling is linked by a glass breezeway to an older family cottage. Rectilinear volumes are wrapped in horizontal clear cedar slatting with contrasting bronze anodized aluminum windows and doors and a weathering steel base. The project framing was prefabricated using a panelized building system.

Llama ArchitectsWorking with & alongside the Award Winning Janey Butler Interiors, on this fabulous Country House Renovation. The 10,000 sq ft House, in a beautiful elevated position in glorious open countryside, was very dated, cold and drafty. A major Renovation programme was undertaken as well as achieving Planning Permission to extend the property, demolish and move the garage, create a new sweeping driveway and to create a stunning Skyframe Swimming Pool Extension on the garden side of the House. This first phase of this fabulous project was to fully renovate the existing property as well as the two large Extensions creating a new stunning Entrance Hall and back door entrance. The stunning Vaulted Entrance Hall area with arched Millenium Windows and Doors and an elegant Helical Staircase with solid Walnut Handrail and treads. Gorgeous large format Porcelain Tiles which followed through into the open plan look & feel of the new homes interior. John Cullen floor lighting and metal Lutron face plates and switches. Gorgeous Farrow and Ball colour scheme throughout the whole house. This beautiful elegant Entrance Hall is now ready for a stunning Lighting sculpture to take centre stage in the Entrance Hallway as well as elegant furniture. Garret Cord Werner Architects & Interior DesignersThis project is a great example of how to transform a historic architectural home into a very livable and modern aesthetic. The home was completely gutted and reworked. All lighting and furnishings were custom designed for the project by Garret Cord Werner. The interior architecture was also completed by our firm to create interesting balance between old and new.
