Veronica Sanders, Allied ASIDThis 3,569-square foot, 3-story new build was part of Dallas's Green Build Program. This minimalist rocker pad boasts beautiful energy efficiency, painted brick, wood beams and serves as the perfect backdrop to Dallas' favorite landmarks near popular attractions, like White Rock Lake and Deep Ellum; a melting pot of art, music, and nature. Walk into this home and you're greeted with industrial accents and minimal Mid-Century Modern flair. Expansive windows flood the open-floor plan living room/dining area in light. The homeowner wanted a pristine space that reflects his love of alternative rock bands. To bring this into his new digs, all the walls were painted white and we added pops of bold colors through custom-framed band posters, paired with velvet accents, vintage-inspired patterns, and jute fabrics. A modern take on hippie style with masculine appeal. A gleaming example of how eclectic-chic living can have a place in your modern abode, showcased by nature, music memorabilia and bluesy hues. The bedroom is a masterpiece of contrast. The dark hued walls contrast with the room's luxurious velvet cognac bed. Fluted mid-century furniture is found alongside metal and wood accents with greenery, which help to create an opulent, welcoming atmosphere for this home.

chromastudioUn ufficio, moderno, lineare e neutro viene riconvertito in abitazione e reso accogliente attraverso un gioco di colori, rivestimenti e decor. La sua particolare conformazione, costituita da uno stretto corridoio, è stata lo stimolo alla progettazione che si è trasformato da limite in opportunità.
Lo spazio si presenta trasformato e ripartito, illuminato da grandi finestre a nastro che riempiono l’ambiente di luce naturale. L’intervento è consistito quindi nella valorizzazione degli ambienti esistenti, monocromatici e lineari che, grazie ai giochi volumetrici già presenti, si prestavano adeguatamente ad un gioco cromatico e decorativo.
I colori scelti hanno delineato gli ambienti e ne hanno aumentato lo spazio . Il verde del living, nelle due tonalità, esprime rigenerazione e rinascita, portandoci a respirare più profondamente e trasmettendo fiducia e sicurezza. Favorisce l’abbassamento della pressione sanguigna stimolando l’ipofisi: l’ideale per la zona giorno! La palette cromatica comprende anche bianco che fa da tela neutra, aiutando ad alleggerire l’ambiente conferendo equilibrio e serenità.
La cucina è il cuore della casa, racchiusa in un “cubo” cromatico che infonde apertura e socialità, generando un ambiente dinamico e multifunzionale. Diventa il luogo per accogliere e condividere, accompagnati dal rosso mattone, colore che aumenta l’energia e stimola l’appetito

Homes And Such LLCThe first bedroom was created using the former living space and offers maximum sleeping capacity. With two queen beds, this room offers everything guests need, complete with a custom, built-in nightstand that camouflages what was previously an unsightly, but necessary gas shutoff.
This custom furniture piece is so perfectly suited for the space, you’d never guess it is serving another function in addition to being a beautiful night stand.
This 1920s basement’s low ceilings and ductwork were seamlessly integrated throughout the space. In this bedroom, we were especially concerned with a small section of ductwork and how to integrate into the design. Lacking a closet space, a simple section of black pipe creates a natural spot to hang clothing, while also feeling cohesive with the overall design and use of pipe detail in common areas.

Saltwater Kitchen & Bath StudioThis room belongs to a little girl who loves horses and surfing. It was a 10 x 10 x 10 blank canvas that the parents wanted to keep simple but maximize storage so that it could grow with their little ones tastes and needs. To accomplish this we did white built-ins to the ceiling and added a trundle bed for sleep overs. The colors were pulled from the Ikat quilt the little girl picked out.
