Der Clou bei diesem Wintergarten ist der Kontrast zwischen klassischer Außenansicht und einem topmodernen Interieur-Design, das in einem edlen Weiß gehalten wurde. To assist the long life of our buildings, and combined with our unique roof system, many of our conservatories and orangeries are designed with decorative metal pilasters, incorporated into the framework for their structural stability.
This orangery also benefited from our trench heating system with cast iron floor grilles which are both an effective and attractive method of heating.
The dog tooth dentil moulding and spire finials are more examples of decorative elements that really enhance this traditional orangery. Two pairs of double doors open the room on to the garden.

G.B. Construction and Development, Inc.The original room was just a screen room with a low flat ceiling constructed over decking. There was a door off to the side with a cumbersome staircase, another door leading to the rear yard and a slider leading into the house. Since the room was all screens it could not really be utilized all four seasons. Another issue, bugs would come in through the decking, the screens and the space under the two screen doors. To create a space that can be utilized all year round we rebuilt the walls, raised the ceiling, added insulation, installed a combination of picture and casement windows and a 12' slider along the deck wall. For the underneath we installed insulation and a new wood look vinyl floor. The space can now be comfortably utilized most of the year.
EJ Interior Design, Inc.This 1920's Georgian-style home in Hillsborough was stripped down to the frame and remodeled. It features beautiful cabinetry and millwork throughout. A marriage of antiques, art and custom furniture pieces were selected to create a harmonious home.

This home was designed and built to withstand both trends and time, a true & charming heirloom estate.
