It looks so much larger. Well done!
Such a cute family. The room is functional with plenty of room to move around and modern looking. I would remove the wood table for a year or two until safe for baby.
My goal when I retired was to remodel my house, total remodel. What I had planned as a one year project is now going on four years and still not done. To say I've gone through the remodel nightmare stories is putting it mildly. I'm in awe of the stories on here of people doing fabulous remodels in months and not years.
I hope they added a fire screen, especially with children. Seeing what they choose could change the feel of the room.
Beautiful! The entire house and family. Can you please let me know what color your greige and white trim are please.
Well done. I love how this man took this project on for his wife. It's difficult to make so many decisions in such a short time. I'm impressed with what this couple has managed to do by themselves. The living room is like the icing on the cake. Really beautiful space!
It's beautiful. I
I would put a screen over the fireplace. I can see the baby either getting burnt or playing in the ashes. I agree remove that wood table very dangerous....and even the wood for the fireplace again the kids will get into that....
Cute room! I love the blue accents and the fig faux trees- haven't done symmetry with trees before but it looks great! I love L sectionals especially in a gray tone and am a huge fan of cute cylindrical ottomans!
What color greige did you use? Lovely
So many designer rooms look like designer rooms - so generic. This looks comfortable and stylish and very personal. Love it.
What ambitious folks - redoing an entire house under a year! And here I am with a 5 year cottage in the woods project!
What is important is that your family finally has a home you'll enjoy for years to come. So, relax, smile, laugh and love. Yes, y'all did a fantastic job! Thumbs up!
Inspirational! Love to see practicality combined with great design.
I Love it! Very inspiring.
What color are the walls
wow.... very lovely indeed...
For those that have asked, the paint colors are:
Walls: Benjamin Moore Grey Mist 962 (eggshell)
Trim: Benjamin Moore White Heron (semi gloss)
Hope that helps!
Were did they get the original blue swivel chairs?
Love that the space is so realistic - accommodates: office space, TV watching, and room to entertain friends. The colors meld so nicely and the mirror looks great. I don't love the size of those chairs in the room. It would look better with only one. Also, three consul type tables and a ladder is a lot for this space.
Very, very well done. One of the best yet. This designer really heard what the homeowners wanted and the look is one that will last. I don't think I saw a single thing that I thought would look out of place next year, or the next year. This will be a long lasting design, classic and yet modern.
Rachel, looks amazing. So happy you and Nick have a place to call home....Great video!!! Bravo!! Cabinets look amazing. So happy to have had a part in your new home.
This is amazing and they all did a fabulous job!!
