Edgin/Stratton Forest Hts
Floor for all bathrooms and laundry
Very rough sketch (I do not draw, obviously) of an idea to start with for the fireplace wall. Open to any and all suggestions, ideas, pros/cons, things we need to consider, etc... We ultimately decided the hearth/bench would extend the opposite direction than in my drawing. (K)
Rough rendering of great room fireplace. We never chose materials (K)
Kind of a cool look! This started me thinking of the idea of having extended shelves and hearth (K) I like this idea a lot, especially with the hearth extending to the wall! I even like the style of this tile but in the color that goes with our stone. (R)
INTERIOR-Love the look of the wood trim around the large doors (K) I like the beams, too (R)
Are these too big? Do these go with our house? These are probably my favorite (R)
Original photo we had discussed early on. Open to different styles, railings, etc... (K)
Planned laundry room cabinet color
Powder faucet
Stairs (K)
Love the look of both the railing and the stair (K)
Love both the stairs and railing (K)
Saving all types of stairs I like. I don’t know the type of cost differences for different types, but open to pricing different open styles for the stairs leading from the main level to upstairs (K)

Rendering for office
Love these so much. Not sure for where, but main level. (K)
INTERIOR-We have 2 Peter Lik’s (75” in length each), that we need an art wall with special lights for. UV protected. One wall should be in the main living area for this one. The other, either in the office or the basement living area. (K)
MASTER BATH-Love the window behind the vanity, but also all the countertop space (K)
The other love of my life! (K)
Some current master bath choices
Love the idea of accent tile around the tub floor (even a little less of it than in this photo). If we did this, we may not need an accent on the wall behind the tub or would it look better to have a small accent on the tub wall as well? (K) I love this as well but think some smaller accent would look good on the tub wall. We’re both open to design ideas (R)
Is this something we can do in the master bath shower, on the back side of the tub wall? That would solve the issue of Rob not wanting to see toiletries when he walks in. (K)
The amazing silk panels I’ve dreamt about having for about 15 years…if we wind up with $20k to spare! I have all the info, but they will only work with an interior designer (K)
Current exterior color choices, which I still like (K) 3/2022
EXTERIOR-These are our actual front porch panels. I wanted them for so long and Rob surprised me with them. I’d love either the same or something very similar somewhere outside. (K)
Would this be budget-friendly both inside and out? We’d even go without the railing outside, unless code requires it. We both love the look. (K)

EXTERIOR-Overall look (K)
EXTERIOR-I like the look with the exception of the small, square windows and would prefer some slanted roof lines (K)
(R)
BASEMENT-Would love to have a smaller exercise room in the basement, if space allows. Window is important, but not necessarily views. (K)
Rough rendering of basement fireplace, to resemble upstairs. We did choose materials, but would like to revisit with wet bar (K)
