We were not happy with [plumber. We were not informed about the placement of batteries when we lose the power. Lack of communication between three parties involved.

Hi David. Thanks for your review and thank you for your business. I apologize for you not being told about the batteries needed during a power outage when we lit off your fireplace. I’ll be changing our protocol during light offs to make sure the battery placement is clearly explained. Although the plumber does not work for me, I do suggest him and feel responsible for the problems you had with him. I will be speaking with him and contacting you soon to make sure everything is taken care of and you are 100% satisfied with the job.

My husband and I had looked at several stores and randomly found FireElement's in Saugus. We went in for a quick look and were pleasantly surprised at the selection. We did end up buying a great old-fashioned looking gas heater that we couldn't be more happy with. The staff in the store and the installation crew were great to work with. I have recommended them to some other friends already!

I went to several other gas fireplace showrooms on the north shore and decided on Fire Element. Dealing with Brendan at Fire Element was a great experience. He walked me through the entire process with ease and kept it simple without being pushy. The fireplace install was seamless and on time and myself and my family could not be happier with the results. Kommenterade: What is the paint color on the walls? Thank you!I'm not sure of the color as it was painted after we completed the fireplace installation. I will be talking to the project manager for this site tomorrow and I'll try to get the answer for you.
