Nancy, a seasoned and credentialed designer, is celebrating 10 years of providing full service interior design to clients throughout New Jersey and now has just opened a retail design boutique in Asbury Park: OASIS HOME. The boutique is driven by the Nancy’s concept that every house should be an Oasis. Further, the vision of OASIS HOME IS:

And, indeed, OASIS HOME offers a fresh mix of items that appeal and stimulate all 5 senses: The aesthetic is clean, fresh and modern beach-y with an array of art, antiques, custom upholstery and other furniture creating a sophisticated environment.
Nancy Mikulich, was raised in the NYC area, where her parents, a jewelry designer and engineer, collected Japanese, antiques. This environment was fertile ground cultivating Nancy’s instinct for style and design. A trained musician, she learned early on how using music in a variety of environments has the ability impact people and business. After spending some time in the business side of the music industry, Nancy and her family moved west and spent 15 years residing in Northern California, where, she studied interior design, and now takes that same approach to her projects, recognizing how good design makes for good business.
The modern warmth of the Northern CA aesthetic combined with the clean urban NYC vibe is the essence, the look, the feel and concept of OASIS HOME and the curated designs of Nancy’s work.
Projects range from Full Service Residential design and custom designed furnishings, to Commercial projects. Recently, the firm completed projects including several Hurricane Sandy restorations of Condo lobbies in Hoboken and Jersey City and of course, many residences and offices throughout New Jersey and New York.
