Houzz Inc., the world’s leading platform for home renovation and design, today announced that it has grown its community of homeowners and home professionals fivefold since launching its dedicated mobile and online platform, houzz.it, one year ago in May 2015.

Houzz is the largest platform for home renovation and design globally with more than 40 million monthly unique users, 90 percent of whom are homeowners, and over one million active home professionals. Together with Italy, a localized Houzz platform is available in 13 countries outside of the U.S. Over 45 percent of new Houzz users now come from outside the U.S., compared to less than 30 percent in 2013 prior to the company’s expansion efforts.
