Master bath remodel. Expanded the shower, replaced cabinet and all fixtures. Removed all old tile and replaced. Added heated floor and free standing tub.

ABD was professional and courteous from start to finish. There was excellent communication with us (the homeowners) as well as between various staff members working on the project. We were very pleased with the outcome of the project as well as some miscellaneous follow-up after the project was complete.

ABD was very thorough in exploring my needs - whole house insulated/ signed/ painted and took the time to perfectly seal my leaky 1970's home. Looks fantastic and design team was a great plus.

The estimate was clear and suggestions met our needs. Work was done in a timely manner and the communication throughout the project was exceptional. ABD took a 1965 condo and turned it into a stylish, updated place to enjoy. We have no complaints!

I hired ABD to add an addition onto my house along with a deck and patio. They gave me nice design ideas that improved my vision of what I was envisioning. The subcontractors for the room and deck were professional and did a great job. Very pleased with the end result of the addition and deck. The reason I only rated them a 1 is the concrete patio. ABD had problems with the concrete sub contractor from the start. They could not get them to return and power wash and seal the patio. Within 2 months the patio cracked where they missed cutting a stress release line. Unfortunately I trusted ABD too much and had signed off on the project to start the warranty on the rest of the project with ABD's word they would complete the patio. It took ABD 9 months to finally come out and evaluate the issue and the repair with a new concrete sub. Due to the complicated and costly repair it would take to fix it (they have to dismantle the fire pit), ABD would not warrantee it. I understand our contract stated concrete can crack but since it happened before they could complete their work and the fact it happened within a few months is not an issue with concrete weathering. They do good work but make sure the future warranty isn't unusual or expensive since they evaluate whether it's cost effective to fix and incorrectly use parts of the contract to justify it. I won't use them for our additional remodels.

Addition of 2nd story covered porch with brick pillars, tile floor, steel railing and French doors from vaulted family room with mountain views, renovation of kitchen with cherry cabinets, island and counters with quartz. And hickory floor - renovation of 3 1/2 bathrooms (tile, soaking tub, glass walls).
