We began working with Matt without having much of a clue about home cinema. He very quickly put us at ease as he explained the options available to us. However just as important as the advice on the kit was the care and attention that went into making the design and joinery in our room absolutely first class. We have had so many compliments from friends about the quality of the workmanship in the room and that's before we even turn on the system. We probably spent more than we had originally budgeted, but have done so with a happy heart, as we know we have an amazing system and have supported a great local business. Can't praise them highly enough.

I can highly recommend Adept. Our project involved smart lighting and shades in a new Orangery and we were very satisfied with the advice, products and service provided by Matt and his team. What is important is to find people who you can trust and don't just engage in selling you something then 'are not around' when there are problems. Matt was always there to ensure we were happy and there was never a problem if we needed him or one of his team to come round to sort out issues related to our project. I moved into a new house, and wanted to add security and IT to the house. Adept came highly recommended. Suspicious of salesman and technology I was pleased to meet Matthew Cupper who talked through our options, and explained in layman terms what I could expect and when I could expect it to be done. I invited Adept to review the effectiveness of my AV systems which serve all rooms in my house. We had had 2 systems in 9 years, and neither were ideal, although we could stream music anywhere in the house, and stream movies/ satellite/ through our screens. Having had experience of two professional companies in this sector, and with the pace of technology change and advancement, I thought I knew what to expect. However, Adept exceeded my expectations. They upgraded my wireless router to provide stronger and more stable signal throughout the house, completely transformed the quality of my audio services, and installed new TV's and sound systems. The key differentiator is the quality of their people. Matthew, Matt, Scott all know what they are doing, care about the quality of install and are very responsive to any requests. They demonstrated quality in follow up as well, and wanted to ensure everything was working before they left. I would not go anywhere else, and would go back to them for my next project without any doubt.

There are many AV enthusiasts, but few real professionals who take on board your actual requirements and prescribe, design and install the perfect system for your budget and desire. Matt Cupper at Adept designed and installed a brilliant home cinema and audio visual system for my new home in Henley on Thames. I didnt want to spend lots or have every room in the house with ridiculous speakers that we would never use. Adept designed a Steinway Lyngdorf home cinema which is unbelievably good ( no more trips to the cinema for us), and added a Steinway stereo system for the den and outside speakers for party time, brilliant job, met budget, exceeded expectations. I highly recommend them.
