Wall Art by Allyson

Allyson took money and never returned to complete the blatantly incomplete job. Allyson apparently tried to squeeze a two day job into one….As a result, she painted an octopus with an oddly shaped head, only 3 legs, and with multiple errors that made it obvious she does not understand light and how an octopus works, she ignored the mock-up provided that showed detailed coral (not blotches of paint like provided), there was a ton of bleed over paint and overall and some pretty bad mistakes. I stayed out of her hair the entire day, only popping in when she requested, I was very positive towards what she was producing since I assumed it was simply not complete. Towards the end of the day (light fading) I began to become concerned since the temperature and light became not favorable and the varnish had not been applied yet and of course, I was now seeing considerable art issues and incomplete work. She offered to return 2 days later in the morning to fix and finish. I sent her short list of concerning spots so she had a points of reference. She never responded by text or thumbtack. She took hundreds of dollars and ran. Photos attached are what she left behind and one, is the mock-up I provided for the what I expected in the details and location of the coral reef, for reference. As you can see, I got blotches of paint. I didn’t say anything to her, but this is all so unprofessional. I’m just venting now but just Google “starfish painting” and tell me her starfish looks like the art of a professional

Allyson has been such a pleasure to work with! She is an incredibly talented artist and her ability to bring a space to life with her mural work is inspiring. Allyson created a beautiful sky ceiling mural in a nursery room that I designed. Soft shades of blue, pink and white clouds were breathtaking and the client loved it! We couldn't have been more pleased with the results! I would hire Allyson again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a creative artist for their project.

I hired Allyson to paint two walks, one was all faux finished and the other was damask. She so incredibly detailed and talented everyone that walked into the nursery asked if it was wallpaper, that's how good she is! I knew exactly what I wanted just need help with the minor details which came out fantastic and all within my budget! Looking forward to Allyson's creation with my current pregnancy!

As an interior design firm, we have hired Allyson to do many murals for us for nurseries and children's rooms. She is so wonderful to work with, and her painting skill is fantastic. She always goes above and beyond for our clients to make sure they get the design that they want and love the end result. She is quick to answer calls and emails and works hard to get things done in a timely manner, which is invaluable in our business!

Allyson decorated our ceilings in living room, dining room and in the kitchen. In addition she put very neat scrawls in the foyer. She worked very, very hard, but her work was very well done, very attractive and very artistic. All our gests over the holidays were very impressed and we feel that her work substantially increased value of our house. We are hoping that she will work us in to her schedule to continue other rooms. Very importantly Allyson very patiently discussed with us what is it that we would like to have, offered suggestions, expended on our ideas and came up with very pleasing results. (Before we higher her, we got several other estimates and her charges were most reasonable if not most inexpensive!)

My wife and I have known Allyson and have admired her work for over 20 years. Not only is she a very talented artist who has the experience and flexibility to produce stunning murals and decorative finishes for a diverse range of projects, but her warm and outgoing personality makes her a pleasure to do business with. If you're looking for a seasoned pro who's easy to work with and is super committed to satisfying her client's needs, then look no further. Allyson will take good care of you, which is why I give her my highest recommendation.

Allyson is not only an extremely talented artist, but a top-notch professional as well. Allyson and I collaborated on a princess theme room for a six year old girl. Allyson was full of creative suggestions and was able to listen intently to the client's vision and then bring that vision to life through some elaborate, whole room murals that were breathtaking! Her attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism are exceptional. I keep Allyson on my very short list of muralists and artists with whom I trust to work with my design clients and hope to collaborate with her again in the future.
