We install and service HVAC equipment of all brands and models, residential and commercial. By subscribing to our recurring annual service agreement, you will receive a tuneup to your home comfort system twice a year. This tuneup helps ensure that your system will continue to run at optimum efficiency while also checking for any signs of compromised components that may lead to a break down later in the year. This service agreement covers the inspection of a single furnace and a single air conditioner. We thoroughly inspect both pieces of equipment and provide you with a detailed report of our findings along with any repairs that we suggest. Should we need to replace any parts, you will receive a 15% discount.

Pawel serviced our two furnaces and did an amazing job. He is knowledgeable, responsive, professional, personable, punctual, and honest. I will only use American Air Experts for HVAC services moving forward. I highly recommend American Air Experts!

We bought a large apartment with two Spacepak style Unico air-conditioning systems. We called Northstar and American Vintage Home to come out to service them and get them working. After looking at the two systems both insisted they couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced at a cost of $25-30k. Looking for a third opinion I called Pawel at American Air Experts. He was great! Took a look at the systems and quickly found one needed to be charged and the other had a shut off switch that had been tripped. In about 2 hours both systems are working as new. Cost me a few hundred dollars. Can't tell you how happy I am with American Air Experts! Total experts and they operate with honesty and integrity.

I have had service from this company numerous times, even as an emergency. Pawel is a very professional,personable,reasonably priced man. He is very knowledgeable and hard working. He is very thorough and honest about repairs. I only do business heating/ac with American Air experts!!

Paul from American Air Experts has been there for me from Day 1. He is always prompt with phone calls and response. I am very picky and if you want a professional who is knowledgeable,courteous and has great prices as well as a personality, get this guy. You can count on this Company to take care of what you need. He has installed a Nest for me, furnace and A/C maintenance and put in a humidifier and water heater filter. Don't wonder about service and the results, just call Paul at American Air Experts.

I hired American Air Experts to install a humidifier in my furnace. The complete process was a breeze. Paul answered all my questions, was professional, punctual and knowledgable of his work. I appreciated his thorough work, he installed the humidifier and cleaned the area after he finished. Would definitely hired again!

I am thankful to know Pawel from American Air Experts for 3 years now! Pawel has replaced an air conditioning unit for us, a furnace and most recently our water heater. He has been incredibly professional, trustworthy and reasonable. I trust him so much that I left him with a key to our house to do work while we are on vacation. When we were unhappy with our decision to switch over to a tankless water heater, he immediately switched us back to a water tank and even offered to do it at no charge for the labor. He is someone I have been recommending to all of my friends and neighbors because he is a rare and incredible find.

They did a great job. They found the problem with both my air conditioner and furnace. Fixed both the air conditioner and fixed the furnace under a previous warranty.

The technician was punctual, very polite and professional. Checked and cleaned the furnace, sending via email a very detailed inspection report together with his recommendations.

I had American Air Experts coming to my house to do anual inspection of my heater and I have to say I really like them. They were very knowledgeable and professional. He spent about an hour to do really detailed job and he was going through all aspects of inspection with me. Great service! I really recommend their company!

I have had two tune-ups--one furnace, one air conditioning. Both visits were thorough, and no effort was made to sell me anything or to suggest unnecessary repairs. I am happy to continue to do business with them.
