I only ordered red cedar newel posts, but they were high quality, and as described - solid wood, no pieced sections. It takes some time to receive them, but was not more than a week or two past when I expected them.

We purchased and installed two large columns from Americal Poarch. The delivery time was good and the look and quality of the columns are superb.

I am a contractor and we were working on an early 1900’s Victorian home. We ordered 4 tapered columns with bases. Amber was a big help getting order correct. It was good instructions to install and they went together nicely . The order was packed well and FRP shipped right to job. Owner was very pleased. We will be ordering from American Porch again!

My experience with American Porch was conducted through Amber Kelly. Amber was outstanding to work with and showed a great amount of patience through the process of our changing our minds. She was quick to react to our request for sample and more information. She had a detailed understanding of their products and was a great assistant to the decision process. Our project was to install an altar railing in our church. I thought we could accomplish this threw a combination of American Porch products and adapt it to our need. The finished railing turned out beautiful and we received many compliments, by the parishioners, all complimented the way the railing looked and how pleased they were with it.

We are so pleased with our American Porch columns on our front porch. The quality and style exceeded our expectations. The marble dust really gives the column the feel and look of stone. The representative, Amber, that we worked with was very professional and helped us to make good decisions regarding the style of our home. The columns were very well constructed and have a great look! There are a few cosmetic areas where the mold created some imperfections in the finish but really not a huge deal as it gives the column a bit more of an aged, authentic look. The columns do need a primer before painting (as recommended) but did arrive in good condition and were packaged very well! The 9' columns do require 2 people to handle.

This is the best company I have found for porch and related products. The quality had been excellent and the newel post and balusters for my front porch are great. Highly recommended.
