I am having a terrible experience with this company. I placed an order and I received the wrong item. I ordered a wall mounted floating entertainment center in white but received it in black. I had to miss time off work to get my delivery, hired a company to build it and install it. The worst part is when I called to speak to someone, you can't. Which I think is terrible customer service. I will have to miss work again to have them pick it up, deliver the correct one and spend money again for the company to build and install. Disappointed Customer

This store is THE BEST ! We've placed special order for fully customized leather sectional sofa and dinning table. The owner helped us to make the best choice in leather, he made great suggestions on the design and was able to find manufacturer who made our sectional the way we wanted. It was delivered to our our house in CT just yesterday. We are really happy. Thank you Meble for the best experience , great customer service and perfect furniture at reasonable prices.

I needed to purchase a sectional and had a very specific style in mind. I looked around on Houzz and found exactly what I was looking for from ARRA OF NY INC. I also saw that they have a showroom not far from my house, so I decided to visit it. When I walked in, the owner was very helpful with showing me around the showroom and helping me find a perfect sectional for me.The sectional that I chose was customizable, so I was able to choose the fabric and color I needed. There are an overwhelming amount of options in this store, all different kinds of furniture, also if you go in with an idea of what you want, they can help you find it in their store or in the catalogs. There is a huge selection of rugs as well, that you can match to any style/color furniture you need. I needed the furniture to be delivered to Pensilvania. I was surprised they gave fast delivery in one week. The furniture arrived exactly when the owner said it would. The people that deliver for this store were really good and very helpful.They brought the furniture in the house and put it all together for me. A couple of months later I saw a beautiful bedroom set and a racing car bed for my son online from them and ordered it as well. It looked just as beautiful in person as it was online. Again it was delivered fast and put together for me by professionals I would not hesitate to order more furniture from them in the near future as well and would recommend them to everyone!
