Texas ADA Home Remodeling is a San Antonio based home modification and installation company focused on helping those in need by offering preventive and accessible solutions to promote peace of mind and healthy living. Arturo Valdez, the owner, believes the best way to take care of yourself is by being ready. Under this philosophy, he realized home builders do not think about the future therefore they do not make sure you get a longtime universal design. Our mission is to bring innovative and stylish ways to maintain independence and convenience for anyone, from temporary adaptations to aging-in-place and ease of access. At Texas ADA Home Remodeling, we understand life changes often call for specialty products and services; we will help you identify and solve accessibility problems in your home so you can enjoy it as you must do. As a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) and authorized Veteran Affairs (VA) contractor, we fully understand the need to provide a reliable and trustable job; we offer a full package with architectural plans and experimented technicians to deliver a high quality job for you. We will always strive ourselves to make sure you get what is right for you because we know that a good design and modern technology make livability cross all generations.

I am not much of a review writer, but now a days it is hard to find any business that does what is expected, when it's expected, and as good as expected. When I was looking for a company to do a bathroom remodel, I called several companies, read several reviews, and got a few estimates. I decided to go with Texas ADA because of the initial contact Arturo. He understood what I wanted and gave me a rough estimate for the job. Now that the job is finished I feel compelled to give this company an A+ review. The workers that did the job were on time each morning, hard working the entire time, and professional all the way. And the rough estimate that was given was spot on. I now have my mother back in my house and able to wheel her into a beautifully remodeled roll=in shower with ease. Thank you Texas ADA

I hired Texas ADA to replace an apartment bath tub with a walk-in shower for my elderly and disabled father. Arturo and his crew were such a pleasure to work with and the finished product is beautiful! Excellent communication. Pricing was fair. Craftsmanship was spectacular. Work was done on time and entire project area was left sparkling clean. Professionalism from start to finish! I highly recommend Texas ADA Home Remodeling! (Photos included, but shower is even prettier in person!)

We recently downsized to a very small two story Retirement Community house. Prior to purchase we decided to Install an elevator. After alot of elevator research we selected a Stiltz Duo Alta elevator system. Stiltz Texas Rep. is Texas ADA Home Remodeling, Arturo Valdez. We then looked closely at this contractor's work and financial status, and liked what we saw. So I hired him to install the elevator. His company did a super job removing the old spiral staircase and installing the new elevator It works and looks good! I am very pleased with Mr. Valdez and his company and recommend him to anyone needing a first class home elevator system. Bill.

They were extremely courteous and professional. Arturo made sure that everything we needed and required was taken care. They finished the job in a timely manner and it looks amazing. I would/will retain his services again if I need anymore work done on my home.

Texas ADA Home Remodeling did a tremendous job from beginning to end. Mr. Valdez and his crew presented themselves in a professional manner and very knowledgeable about the work that was required for adaptations to my home. In the time they were here my wife and I saw they had a lot of experience and Mr Valdez came to check that the work was being done according to plan after they finished our home was beautiful and left in a clean state. I highly recommend Texas ADA Home Remodeling to anyone who is looking for a professional company.

After doing lots of research and four bids, we chose Texas ADA as they had the most reasonably bid, good reviews, and large photo gallery of finished projects. Our project was to change our master bathroom from a tub to full size shower, and knew what kind of tile and finishes we wanted. Arturo met us as scheduled, understood our project scope and soon thereafter we had their bid. Their bid was by far the lowest we had received, but most inline with what it should cost for our project based on industry standards and our community averages... not national averages which two of our bids were based on. A benefit of hiring a local firm. The project was started as scheduled, finished a day ahead of schedule, workers covered the floors and furniture with plastic, and everything was done in a very professional manner. The new shower is exactly as we envisioned and we now have a hotel quality shower. We have asked for a quote to replace our guest tub and tile surround.... so that should indicate how pleased we are with Texas ADA Remodeling! We highly recommend Texas ADA for your remodeling needs. We were not paid or given any financial incentive to supply this review.

Our thanks to you on finishing our bathroom remodeling. It is so beautiful and just what we needed. We have had so many complements from relatives and friends after having seen it. The work done was with excellent workmanship and finished on time as promised. We are very pleased in having your company do our bathroom remodeling. Also, thanks to Ester Duarte at the V.A., she was very helpful.

My home remodel project consisted of engineered wood floors, total wheel accessible master bathroom, widened doorways, a metal wheelchair ramp in the garage as well as a concrete wheelchair ramp on the front of my home. The staff at the office is excellent, attentive, accurate, and totally hands on throughout the project. The project was done in a timely manner, high-quality materials and workmanship were key to me and Arturo delivered flawlessly. He was willing to deal with the VA bureaucracy and delivered a non-institutional look to my needed accommodations. Definitely a five star business and a big improvement over large contractors! It's been thirty days since completion and I could not be more pleased.

Our experience was excellent from the first moment we met Arturo Valdez. He is patient, knowledgeable, understands client needs, answered all our questions and gave us all the time we needed with him. He inspired a high level of confidence right away. Once we gave the ok, he and his crew did great work in a very reliable manner. They had to remove a 50+ year old, 350 lb. square tub and shower enclosure, plus 3-inch concrete and lath tile from the surrounding walls and ceiling. They did a stellar job of doing so without damaging the rest of the fully tiled bathroom walls and floor, installing a wonderful walk-in/roll-in shower that matches the rest of the bathroom very well. They also repainted all the cabinetry, woodwork and walls, so the bathroom looks practically new! They were courteous, professional, and worked long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. The only unpleasant thing was the strong odor of the oil based paint, but that wouldn't keep us from giving Arturo and his workers five stars!! We are very pleased and will definitely use Texas ADA Home Remodeling again if and when the need arises.

We are very happy with the finished product on the bathroom remodel. The shower seat and hand rails are great!!! Arturo and Tammy were very professional during the entire process which took about a week. We would highly recommend TX ADA.
