I hired them to do some warranty repairs on a pool vac. After some hiccups we got the situation straightened out and they were able to replace the malfunctioning vacuum with a new one.

Arvidson constructed our in-ground pool for us eight years ago. They worked closely with us to make sure that we received exactly what we wanted at the most affordable price. They helped us achieve the perfect design for our pool, patio and entire layout! Doug, the VP of construction, was extremely approachable and easy to communicate with. We love the finished product and Arvidson has been there for us with any concerns year after year. In fact, they often tell us NOT to spend money on various things such as new sand for our filter, if they don't think it is necessary. They do an excellent job of opening and closing our pool every year. We wouldn't use anyone else!
