Alvin does not return phone calls and he did not complete the job. Now I have to take him to court. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

Alvin and his crew were very professional, and well informed on the latest audio video offerings. They had many good ideas to help me arrange the equipment, and what products would work best for what I wanted to achieve. I highly recommend them and I will be using them again when I finish my basement.

Alvin and his team have mounted a total of 3 television (on two separate occasions) in my home. The televisions (living room and two bedrooms) look great (no cords, hidden outlets, etc.). Alvin and his team are professional, courteous, and give great advice as to where exactly the televisions should be placed on the wall. I wholeheartedly recommend A/V Multimedia Solutions, LLC!

Alvin and the staff at AV Multimedia are Fantastic. They are very professional and I highly recommend there work for AV related job.

They only worked one day per week and took 8 weeks to complete the job, left a dirty mess behind on each visit which could not be left for a week, charged me for product I saw a worker carry out the door, very poor at explaining function of equipment, I found other sources of learning equipment. A demand was made for payment at the end of each day of work and told they were too busy to come back the next day and would be back the next week. which I paid until I demanded the work be finished before payment, the job was finished the next day,

I first met Alvin over 10 years ago when my parents hired him to set their media center set up and install all the components. Being a big fan of that kind of work I am sure I annoyed him to death. Asking questions non stop, wanting to help, getting in the way etc. I have never met a more polite and professional individual. Fast forward about 12 years. Was able to find Alvin and his company online and rehired them to do work at me and my wife’s home. Needless to say we have hired Alvin and his Company A/V Multimedia Solutions 4 times since buying our home. Alvin and his team treated my wife and children as well as our home, with the utmost respect and professionalism. The quality of their work is second to non. There are so many companies out their that only care about customers for the money. This is the farthest thing you can get from one of those companies. They price their work fair and stand behind it 100%. Of all the work we have had them do their was one time that there was a slight issue discovered after the fact. Alvin sent his team back the very next day to correct the problem and made it perfect. He even text us a few days later to make sure we were happy with everything and that everything was 100%. These kinds of companies are a rarity now adays. Every time we bring them back the projects get bigger and the end result is always flawless. Will be hireing them this month to set up our entire basement as they have now done every room of our house on the first floor. If you need any Media/Electronic work done you are doing yourself a severe disservice if you decide to go with another company. Give A/V Multimedia Solutions a chance and you will not be disappointed.

I hired this company to come in and update my internet system which involved tearing out the old wiring, moving my modem upstairs, and setting up internet for two TVs etc. As always, they did an excellent job for me. I would have no problem hiring them again in the future.

I couldn't get over the air tv reception because of a large number of trees. They installed it on my roof in less than a couple of hours and since then I have happily cut the cable while still being able to watch all of the major networks, including Fox, ABC, NBC, CBS, PBS, etc.. Finding an actual antenna guy to do a roof install is hard because I couldn't find one for a long time. Use these guys you will not regret it!
