Azro have recently completed a high-end upgrade to my 10 year old cinema system and I cannot have been more pleased with the outcome - the new cinema is absolutely awesome! From start to finish, the project was effectively managed, completed on time, within costs and to a standard that surpassed my expectations. There had been a significant amount of trouble shooting to carry out initially but this was conducted diligently and not completed until root causes had been established and problems fully resolved. The time spent ensuring that my new cinema was set-up correctly and tailored to my needs was exceptional with attention to detail, regular dialogue and feedback to ensure I was satisfied. Their customer service is outstanding, the staff extremely knowledgeable and professional and I cannot recommend Azro highly enough.

Chris at Azro has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He has been conscientious, professional and has a superb attention to detail. Furthermore he has an excellent sense of humour and works well as part of the construction team. He was always willing to tailor his proposals to our exact requirements and came up with some superb ideas within our budget I would have no hesitation in recommending his Company and him personally.

I engaged Azro to install home automation for lighting, security and AV systems on my new build in Devon. I approached a number of companies in the area and given that I have some prior experience of home automation, I was concerned that selecting the right supplier could be difficult, but in the event the decision was a simple one. Their knowledge, honesty and professionalism was obvious from the start and their consultative approach meant that I achieved a solution that met my expectations and budget. The execution was just as professional and it helped that Chris and Andrew are extremely pleasant, easy going people to deal with. They were among the best suppliers on the project and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Azro helped us with various aspects of the building of our new house, having been recommended to us by a lighting designer. Chris was involved from a very early stage and his expert advice was invaluable with not only providing the lighting control but also our automated Lutron Blinds, audio system, TV, WiFi and cable installation for a future home cinema system. Azro’s service was always friendly and professional, and Chris has continued to give us prompt follow up advice whenever required. We would wholeheartedly recommend this Company.

I cannot praise Azro too highly. We have known them since 2013 when they stepped in to resolve numerous issues with our AV and IT system after the original installer ceased trading. They patiently resolved issues over three years, keeping the system going in the face of creeping obsolescence. They never proposed more work than was necessary and were always on call when problems arose. Finally last year they helped us to decide that it was time to upgrade the control system, and did a beautiful job with minimal disruption. It is a always a pleasure to have them in the house, and reassuring to know that they are always available when needed.
