I had a shower glass door installed by Exceptional Glass in 2015 and recently had them come back to do a makeover on the door (change all the vinyl strips, remove the old silicone and apply new). With the makeover, the door looks like a brand new door. Ben, the owner, takes pride in his company and the work he does. He is kind, humble, professional, reliable and attentive to detail. I have had a lot of work done on my house by various professionals, and I have to say, that people of his character nowadays are rare to come by. Unfortunately, there are many people in the home contracting profession who are unreliable and dishonest. So, it is truly a breath of fresh air to come across someone like Ben. I would highly recommend Ben and his company. He will surely deliver great customer service along with precision and expertise.

We have nothing but positive words for Exceptional Glass & Frameless Shower Doors. The owner, Ben, was not only polite and on-time, but his primary concern is about the customer's satisfaction. My husband and I had an issue, Ben went out of his way to make adjustments (after the installation) in an effort to please us 120%. His prices are competitive, but his service outweighs the competition by far! He was a pleasure to deal with. With a 5-star rating, we would highly recommend him!! Ben installed a shower glass door for our master bathroom. I highly recommend this company. Ben is knowledgeable, professional, courteous, organized, and efficient. He was good at explaining things and was honest in giving his opinion. From the estimate to the installation, the service was great.

After speaking with two other glass shower door vendors, we contacted Ben at Exceptional Glass. I knew beforehand I wanted the ShowerGuard UltraWhite glass, colonial oil rubbed bronze hardware and clips instead of a u-channel to secure the glass. Ben was very knowledgeable and clearly explained all the options. We ordered and within two weeks, the shower door was installed in two hours. I highly recommend Exceptional Glass for the knowledge, excellent product knowledge and competitive pricing. I have no affiliation with Exceptional Glass other than being a satisfied customer.

We hired Exceptional Glass to install our frameless glass shower doors in our new bathroom. From the time Ben first walked into our home to the time the doors were installed, it was a great experience. Ben educated us on all aspects of the job and went on to deliver world class service. Benjamin installed 6 frameless shower doors at my house. He is throughly professional, polite, patient and above all very reasonable. I made changes to the shower door designs twice, and Benjamin did not even show the slightest hesitation to make the necessary changes. I would highly recommend him. Keep up the good work.

Exceptional Glass, LLC is one of the most professional and reasonably priced company my wife and I have come across with. We are currently renovating our home in Essex Fells and Ben did a superb job in the master bathroom, Livingroom French doors, etc. Ben's workmanship and attention to detail was beyond what other contractors have displayed.
