Earlier I wrote a negative review as I believe I had been overcharged for the service provided. It turns out that I was right and the company has written to me and provided a refund. Best Doors have treated us very poorly. We had one of their doors installed back in February 2016. As you can see from the photos, there is a defect in the bottom panel’s hinges that results in the face of the door not being all flush. I have phoned Best Doors countless times to try and have the problem resolved. After more than 1 year, the door is still not fixed. Best Doors, after spinning us along for all this time, is now saying the door manufacturer is not going to honour its warranty and that we would be liable for the cost of the replacement parts. So be aware and warned, Best Doors do not manufacturer garage doors. The door warranty (according to the Best Doors sales rep) is not supplied by Best Doors but by the unknown door manufacturer. In our case, the unknown door manufacturer is refusing to honour their warranty that the door would be supplied without defect. Finally, reading the Best Doors sales propaganda on this web site makes us so angry. Statements like “120% Satisfaction Guarantee” and “totally satisfied, every time” are beyond a farce. From our experience, beware dealing with this company.

Very happy with the prompt service. They determined that our existing B & D motor needed to be replaced. They were able to replace straight away with a Merlin Powerace. It seems to be working well and it's so much quieter than our previous motor! Would definitely recommend Best Doors.

Although two days later than quoted the installer was professional in his workmanship and would have no hesitation in recommending Best Doors to anyone requiring a similar or same product.

Hello to all , myself and my mother purchased this new 4 bedroom house with a double garage and moved into our new house 1/5/2015 the double garage door was already installed and working when we first inspected our new house , I recently registered our double garage door online and at this stage I'm am very happy with the easy operation of our remote garage door so far so good , great job lads

After 28 years of daily use, one of my two roller garage doors (at home) recently broke, effectively unravelling itself. We decided to replace both doors with new roller doors and opted for the addition of motors for remote access. Of the 5 sales reps that came to quote the job, Jeff from Best Doors was by far the most knowledgable and helpful. My wife and I were keen to see a direct comparison of the two brands of doors they offered us, so we headed to their showroom and were very impressed by the helpful advice and service. Although it took 3-4 weeks (typical lag period) to have the doors installed, I was impressed by the enthusiasm and ability of the young guy install the doors alone. Our only frustration with Best Doors was that we have not received a receipt for the final payment. However, overall, we are extremely happy with their professionalism (and very competitive price) .... We would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking new doors.
