Awful service and awful to work with. Representative completely disengaged, unfocused, and absent througout the entire bathroom renovation project. Promised to send parts in 3-5 business days that took 5 weeks instead. They sent the wrong parts, had to go to the store myself and return them resulting in project delays. Never again

Best Plumbing was a pleasure to work with during 6 Bathroom renovations I did this year. My sales associate, Glenda Saltz was there for me when I needed guidance, product information and fast delivery! Her patience and knowledge of product made me feel very secure in my selections which were varied styles and price points. I also did two kitchens and purchased the sinks and faucets from Best as well. They had everything I needed. I will continue to use Best Plumbing due to the overall customer service, fabulous management team headed up by Kymberly Weiner and support they offer!

Fab to work with! Kymberly and Carlos are the consummate professionals. They not only know the broad range of Best products, but communicate the features and benefits (of each and every) with clarity and enthusiasm! Everyone at Best Plumbing Tile & Stone in Somers, NY is great. Over the years I’ve had occasion to be in contact with ownership, sales professionals, warehouse personnel and delivery people. Each one has always gone out of their way to be professional & helpful! One particular positive experience we had this year involved material procurement and guidance needed with selection of quality tiles for an indoor pool project in White Plains. Glenda Saltz was extremely helpful in guiding us through a selection of materials that fit appropriately within our delivery time-frame & budget for the Aqua Tots project.
