Warning to potential customers and businesses working with Bespoke Frameless Glass. This company not only fosters extremely poor business practices, but does not support small businesses. We are still waiting on payment for an outstanding invoice for work provided in May ‘22, and all attempts at communication to collect payment have been completely ignored, or they have claimed ignorance. AVOID.

Poor communication, customer engagement, and still have not finished the job 9 months after commencement. Back and forth, high turnover of staff meaning little continuity with communication and frankly, they ignore you. Simple issues that could be resolved around supplying the caps for the base shoe. I have now given up requesting the project to be complete as I am getting nowhere. To confirm, the project is still not complete

BFG installed a steel & glass balustrade as a replacement on our outdoor balcony. Despite a slightly non-standard installation (sloping parapet), they were able to offer a solution to fit. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout, and kept us up to date during the design, ordering, and installation process. Very happy with the service.

Excellent company to deal with. Very professional team at all levels. There was one issue with the original order, but that was dealt with promptly and efficiently and I am delighted with the glass balustrade which now adds the finishing touch to my balcony. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bespoke Frameless Glass fitted a partition between my kitchen diner and conservatory. The result was an excellent glass partition that didn’t make the two rooms look so separate., they still let plenty of light in and still gives a feeling of very large space. From start to finish the service and personal contact was excellent, and special thanks to the fitting team who were efficient ,polite and very tidy. Would recommend Bespoke Frameless glass without hesitation.

I asked Bespoke Frameless Glass for a quote for a glass front door. The price was good so I booked it straight away. It was done quickly and the finish is perfect. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and the installation team were clean and tidy. Couldn't be happier!

After 7 years renovating and extending our house in Bath. A complex balcony Glass Balustrade was the last job. BFG were first class from my initial enquiry to survey, quote, advice and fitting. The best company we have dealt with in all the renovating and building. I cannot fault them or praise them enough. They even came in less than other quotes we had. Chris and his team are brilliant. We are delighted with the service and the finished product.
