I wanted a traditional wood log fireplace but my house did not allow this as I don’t have a chimney. After some researching I came across Bio Fires but still thought my dream of a log fire was out of the question. When I visited the showroom I was recommended a perfect alternative which actually works better for me as it’s a lot more clean and easy to manage yet still offers the homely ambience and aesthetics of the wood fire I wanted. Very happy with the service and completely love the fireplace. Thanks you Bio Fires!

I was looking for options for a fireplace and came across Bio Fires on the internet and thought it could be the perfect solution as I did not have a flue. I went to the showroom in London and they explained to me how the fires worked and gave me a demonstration. They then talked me through the option of building my own fire. I decided that was what I really wanted to do. The staff were very friendly and gave me really good advice, both at the showroom and later over the phone. They gave me the confidence to design my own fireplace, which I am currently in the process of building. Bio Fires were extremely helpful and have something to suit everybody.

I've used them a couple of times now both initially for the fire and subsequently the fuel. Service is quick and easy and delivery instructions were followed as provided by me.

We live in an apartment and are unable to have an open fire, which is something I have always wanted. So, when I discovered biofires, I was really excited - I could have real flames warming the flat and creating a cosy atmosphere! The fire is gorgeous and much admired by anyone who visits. It heats up our large kitchen despite the fact we have 12ft-high ceilings and it creates a lovely focal point. I would recommend getting the logs and the ember things, as that finishes it off beautifully and the embers make a lovely glow. The company were really good and very quick to send a replacement piece of glass when one panel was broken in transit. The lady I dealt with was really pleasant and helpful. All in all, a very good experience and a great product.
