We hired Skyhook Design to help with the architecture, engineering, interiors, and permitting for our second home in the mountains. It was a complicated process and we would have been lost without the expertise and guidance provided by Skyhook. The 3D computer model of our site and home was just the coolest thing ever, and was so helpful in visualizing the project. We love our new vacation home and would highly recommend hiring Skyhook Design, and have already recommended them to some of our friends!

I hired Skyhook to help with a main level remodel of our home with a new kitchen, dining, and living room update and reconfiguration. We also worked on fixing some left over structural issues needing to be addressed on the house. They were a great partner during the design and construction process. The drawings were very detailed, and I was continually impressed with their construction knowledge. Most importantly they helped us prioritize between what we "wanted" and what we "needed". I would certainly recommend them, and enjoyed our journey together!

We started off with a small remodel that ended up turning into a new home project. Skyhook handled all the twists and turns with professional patience and grace. They also listened well to our priorities and put forth their best effort to make sure those were met, and that we were happy at the end of the project. They were able to recommend a Contractor who was also a really good fit, and I was grateful that turned into a good relationship as well. We simply love all the design work that they did and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I would highly recommend them!

We loved working with Skyhook Design! We did 2 major projects with their help. The 1st was a complete kitchen remodel to open up the main floor and make an absolute dream kitchen. The 2nd was an addition of a master bedroom, closet, spa bathroom, laundry room, office and garage. Skyhook helped us with the vision, cabinets, vanities, design, architecture, and permitting. It was very helpful to be able to work with Brendan in real time with his 3D modeling to try various layout ideas. We love how the project came out and the quality of their work. We highly recommend Skyhook as we now have our forever home.

I purchased a 13 year old home that needed to be totally remodeled. Skyhook Design did the architectural drawings and supplied the cabinetry for the renovation. The result is terrific. We took out walls, reworked bathrooms, and finished a basement. And I am so pleased with the results. It is exactly how I had hoped it would be...only better. The cabinetry is beautiful and of good quality. We even fitted out the Master closet so that it functions better. Brendan, the lead architect, was very easy to work with. He listens to the wants and needs of the client and is very willing to make changes when needed. He is particular and meticulous, so the end result is of very high quality. Highly recommended!

I hired Skyhook Design to develop architectural plans and design a large remodel that included a kitchen, living room and dining room. From the start, Skyhook Design was easy to work with, listened to our vision and made the entire process so easy. Not only is Skyhook Design great at what they do with regards to design and architect, they also offer energy efficient options, are experts in cabinetry and amazing with lighting. Throughout the entire process, they were very respectful of our time, flexible and often came to the house to ensure the project was moving forward and according to the design. They had a great collaboration with the contractor and team and always maintained a high level of professionalism. I have done many remodels and working with Skyhook Design made for a very great experience. We have recommended Skyhook Designs to everyone we know and our remodel was showcased in the magazine "Colorado's Best Kitchen". If you are looking for an architect/design company that listens, is professional, respectful and takes pride in their work, look no further. We couldn't be happier with our remodel and wouldn't change anything!

We started working with Skyhook in 2010 when he was recommended by our architect for our whole house remodeling project. We needed built-in cabinets for the kitchen, dining room, living room, three bathrooms, a laundry room and our son’s bedroom. We could not afford to do all of the cabinets at one time, so our relationship with Skyhook started in 2010, and we got our last cabinets installed in October 2017. Skyhook’s designer, Brendan patiently walked us through the entire process. He’s an amazing listener and is skilled at making suggestions of options without pressuring people. He kept us in our budget and helped us know when to go for higher quality materials and when we could make less expensive choices without compromising the overall quality of the project. Remodeling is an emotional ordeal, and Brendan got us through all of our design and finish carpentry with us feeling great about the process.

I recently worked with Skyhook Design for a master bedroom/bathroom and office remodel. I needed to increase the functional size of the space without the cost of an addition. Brendan created a beautiful, innovative design that improved the flow and function of the rooms, maximized my mountain view, meshed with the existing architecture and added a modern flare all while staying within budget and on schedule. Throughout the project he was patient, quick to respond to my concerns and readily available for any questions from the contractor. I couldn’t be happier! I won’t hesitate to use Skyhook Design for any future projects.

Brendan was the perfect partner to us as we took on a two-story remodel project for our 100 yr old home. He helped us modernize the space for our growing family while protecting the original character of our home. This was our first project like this, and we so appreciated having him as a patient, experienced, responsive guide throughout the whole process. We’ll be using him again for all future architecture/building advice. He’s now “our guy” and I would recommend him to anyone needing an honest partner for their next project.

Kommenterade: Nice design. Is the floor also limestone?No, I'm sure that tile is probably out of production at this point, but you should be able to find something similar. Daltile has a ton of nice ceramic tiles that look like real stone.

Kommenterade: what is the wood or name of this type of cabinetry?Hi, these are frameless cabinets made by Holiday Kitchens. They are Maple doors / drawers with a clear coat natural finish. Hope this helps!
