Borth - Wilson Plumbing & Bathroom Remodeling

Recently had tub to shower conversion, utilizing onyx materials. Very pleased with quality of product. Support staff at Borth-Wilson was courteous and helpful. Special shoutout to John who exceeded all expectations with the installation. Very professional in all aspects, hard working and quality workmanship. Couldn’t have been happier with the product and process.

The project included gutting the original 1940 bathroom down to the studs. Everything is brand new, completed in a reasonable time frame, professionally done and beautiful design. The results are stunning. I would recommend and use them again.

By far the best remodeling experience that I have had! The quality of work was impressive. Someone was there everyday, and the entire project was complete within 3 weeks!! Everyone involved in the project was courteous and respectful and kept me in the loop every step of the way. I am looking forward to having them remodel another bathroom in the spring.

Borth- Wilson remodeled our first floor BR this summer. It was completed in 10 business days as promised in the contract. Don Wilson and his employees are all pleasant, courteous, professional and clean up every day! After the BR was completed, Don had us use it for a week before making the final payment. He came to the house, wanted to know if there were any problems with the BR or any employee. He then collected the final payment! He'll be remodeling our kitchen next

Borth Wilson completed our master bath remodel including heated floor and beautiful tile floor/shower. I particularly loved working with Marah who really knows her plumbing and has a great design eye. She listens and explains everything in detail so there are no surprises. Even with a delay in tile and a need to change the shower door due to a sizing issue, they were super professional, know their stuff and kept the place clean while working. When the vanity top was installed uneven, they immediately fixed it. I think that how a company gets through problems to a customer's satisfaction is very important in remodeling.

Borth-Wilson has been meeting my plumbing needs for several years and in each in every instance they have provided extraordinary service. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and always willing to help out in an emergency. Borth Wilson has installed new toilets, sump pumps, and new curtain rods in the bathrooms. They have cleaned our drains, installed connections to water/ice features on my refrigerators and generally done almost every plumbing service a typical home owner needs. I always feel safe when doing business with Borth-Wilson. Their plumbers are professional in how they act, dress and interact with me and my family members. Highly recommended.

I hired Borth-Wilson to do a complete master bathroom remodel, kitchen and guest bathroom update. This involved gutting the master bathroom which included extensive custom tile work including a custom shower, new vanity and custom back splash, and linen cabinet. Kitchen upgrade involved, granite counter top, new sink, gorgeous custom backsplash, and wood floor. Guest bathroom upgrade involved granite counter top and back splash and ceramic tile floor. Installed ceramic tile on the floor of my back hallway. What I especially liked about Borth - Wilson was Marah their in-house designer. She was very helpful, easy to talk to and very professional. Good craftsmanship. High quality workers who were courteous, meticulous, cleaned up nicely each day and were on time. I liked that the in house staff included, plumbers, carpenters, tile specialist, floor specialist. They only contracted out for electrician. It makes me so happy every time I walk into my beautiful bathroom and kitchen. They came in at cost no hidden fees. Would not hesitate to use Borth - Wilson again.

We had three other companies look at our master bathroom for a complete remodel before Don from Borth-Wilson visited us. Don was the only one that told us that the remodel could be done the way we wanted it. Marah, their designer did a great job designing the project, resulting in the spa look that I wanted for the room. Marah was willing to put in as much time as it took to pick out materials. The crew that did the work was very professional and patient with me trying to figure out the many details. It was not a problem if something needed to be added or changed. They always took care of any problems. Our master bath is exactly what we were hoping it would be. We plan to use Borth-Wilson again for another project. They are professional, prompt and reasonable in their prices. Requests for changes were handled with no problems. Have had this provider for both plumbing for more than 4 years and more recently for installing new bathroom vanity. Plumbers are consistently neet, clean up after they have completed work, and are respectful. Don was great about coming out to measure bathroom space to make sure our selection would fit. Marah is terrific with offering suggestions.

This was a complete master bathroom remodel. The project was space challenged and budget focused. We used BWP design services and replaced seldom used whirlpool tub with a large master shower w/body sprays and hand shower. We carefully selected exquisite tile, solid surface counter-top, replaced all cabinets & fixtures and added a heated floor. We now have a gloriously large shower with beautiful solid surface shelf and the perfectly functional master bathroom we hoped for. BWP team was courteous, on time, always cleaned up at the end of the day and always professional. Every detail was addressed. The work and craftsmanship were meticulous and level of communication was beyond our expectation. We would not hesitate to hire Borth - Wilson again.

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled by Borth-Wilson. The quote that was given to us was in line with the budget we requested, unlike the other two estimates we received. The initial advice Don gave us was honest and helpful. I met with Marah to confirm the initial design. The whole process of finalizing the design and choosing everything that went into the bathroom was a smooth, pleasant process. Marah was very professional, responsive, knowledgable and fun to work with. The BW team that did all the work, starting with demolition, to the final product were very courteous, respectful, always on time and careful. We highly recommend Borth-Wilson and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
