We recently completed a kitchen renovation and are thrilled with our kitchen. Matt made the design process easy and listened to our ideas while putting his professional opinion in to make sure that we got a design that would work for how we work in our kitchen and with the look we were after. He came up with a creative idea for a beverage area that complimented the kitchen beautifully. We used the VKD cabinetry that they make and are very pleased with the high quality of them. The appliances were also available through Bouchard Pierce and Matt helped to make sure that we ordered everything in a timely fashion. The little things that happen with delivery and installation were resolved with no hesitation. We did have an issue with our fabricator and countertop and I was so glad that Matt was there to help resolve it. We have already sent a good friend his way for their kitchen reno- that is the highest compliment we could give!

Matt is very knowledgeable and attentive to details. He drew up several designs for us to chose from until we found the perfect one that we loved. He was great to work with from start to finish! I absolutely love my new kitchen and highly recommend Matt!

Working with Matt Welch, upon referral from my daughter after her also excellent experience, we were extremely pleased with his guidance and support for our kitchen renovation. We replaced our countertops with new quartz, and Matt worked seamlessly with the fabricators and installers at Surface Creations in Milton. He scheduled our visit to their massive showroom, and unexpectedly expedited our appointment for the subsequent measurement and template process through a cancellation slot he offered us. With their business model scheduling the installation just 1 week after the templating, this major component of our project was completed several weeks earlier than originally estimated. Both teams from Surface Creations were courteous and professional, and above all, quite competent. They patiently answered numerous questions, and paid clear attention to details along the way. We noticed a few small blemishes immediately after they left however, and they responded quickly when we called their office. Matt coordinated 2 separate follow up visits with their staff, to remedy the situation completely. All staff encountered were impressively positive and pleasant throughout. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. While we did have a few issues with cabinets and hardware arriving damaged from the shipping process, Bouchard-Pierce was very responsive and quickly remedied any problems and followed up with us to ensure our satisfaction. We already had a good idea of what we were looking at and Matt did a great job listening to our thoughts and ideas coupled with our space to create an incredible design. My husband and I were building a house in Vermont and were lucky enough to find Vermont Kitchen Design. Throughout our entire project, we had a great experience working with Matt Welch. Matt Welsh did the impossible. He designed a supreme upgraded kitchen in just a 8x10 space, Many many challenges; kind of like designing the galley of a fine sailing yacht.

Matt Welch at Bouchard Pierce provided outstanding service for the design and installation of our master bath vanity and cabinets. He introduced us to new ideas and helped finalize our design. Matt listened to our end goal and proposed creative solutions designed to meet our needs as opposed to just selling products. Matt helped us take our initial concept and turn it into a really great plan. He helped us make the right decisions and make sure we did not miss any important details. A year later and we still love our kitchen and think the design that Matt created was fabulous.

Matt and the team at Bouchard-Pierce made the difference between a kitchen that was nice, and one that not only met our day to day needs, but brought to life our desire for a functional space with a wow factor. Working with Matt at Bouchard-Pierce was a very pleasant experience. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when we were remodeling our master bathroom. We purchased from them, 2 custom 45" Candlelight Vanities and had Cambria Quartz Countertops installed. Matt worked with me on vanity styles & colors , countertop choices as well as wall color so it would all blend with the newly installed walk-in shower and flooring. We were extremely happy with all the services that were provided and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Working with Matt Welch on a replacement for our old farmhouse kitchen was a very positive experience. From our first meeting, Matt was focused on the functional and stylistic features that we wanted in a kitchen. Drawing on his creativity, sense of style, and extensive knowledge of his product lines; Matt laid out alternative approaches for reaching our goals. He refined these approaches and gave us a feeling for what different arrangements, styles, and colors would like with his 3D computer tools. It was this period of give and take discussion that made us comfortable with the final design. As we closed in on our final choices, Matt explored details we might not have thought about. He believes everything has to be just so. When we couldn't find the "right" front for the exhaust fan unit, Matt talked to the manufacturer and had a stock design modified to achieve the desired look. Once the cabinets arrived, Matt worked closely with all the installers (cabinets, appliances, counter top) to ensure everything went smoothly. He addressed problems quickly, directly, and to our satisfaction. We recommend Matt Welch and would use him again.

I worked with Bouchard Pierce in the past on my kitchen remodel and was very pleased. I'm very pleased to be working with Matt Welch again this time on my bathroom. I contacted Matt to come look at my bathroom and give me an estimate on a new vanity, counter top and faucet. I was very pleased with the Medallion cabinets that he put in my kitchen so I decided to go with that line again, but with a maple color and shaker doors. Matt suggested a square sink and I liked that idea and it was something different. It was easy to work with Matt. He listened to what I wanted and then presented ideas to make things work out, but also staying within my budget. He provided quality help and I didn't have to pay extra for his expertise. When we made the decision to remodel our 1980’s, outdated, small, inefficient mauve and pink kitchen, we contacted Matt Welsh at Bouchard-Pierce to tackle the task. From our first meeting with Matt and all those that followed, he was a pleasure to work with. We were impressed with his creative design ideas, helpful suggestions, and his knowledge of the products Bouchard-Pierce carry. His challenge aside of modernizing our kitchen was to gain more kitchen space using the existing area, make it efficient, and somehow incorporate the top of a free standing butcher’s block made for me by my grandfather somewhere into the counter space. He exceeded our expectations while staying within what we had budgeted. We were excited with the Medallion hickory cabinetry, Cambria quartz counter-top, Vermont soapstone sink and appliances we ended up choosing with his guidance. In addition to his design expertise, he was patient while decisions were being made, was prompt in returning phone calls and emails, met deadlines, and deliveries arrived when he said they would. We had some adjustments that needed to be made to the appliances after installation, however, they were no fault of Matt's and the service department at Bouchard-Pierce made the necessary trips needed to correct the issues. This was our first experience using Bouchard-Pierce and we would certainly recommend Matt Welsh and Bouchard-Pierce to those interested in a kitchen design update or appliances.
