Mr. Caracciolo has over 30 years of diversified experience in Architectural field. He specializes in the renovation and rehabilitation of existing buildings; many of historic significance. The majority of the projects are high end residential apartments and brownstones in Brooklyn and Manhattan. His daily management practice entails design and the supervision of construction including direct working knowledge experience with such government agencies as the New York City Landmarks Commission and the NYC Building Department.
