Budget Floor Sanding have sanded and polished the timber floors in our Brisbane rental property achieving wonderful results, considering the condition of the old hoop pine floors. The transformation of the floors has made the property far more appealing and easier to rent. Glenn and his staff did a fantastic job and we would certainly recommend them to anyone requiring great service and a competitive price.

We used this company and were not happy -The owner was not experienced enough to understand and relay to us about our old Queen slander floor.The floor in one room had had a Japanese stain on the edges which means the room has a line around the edges looks awful if you want photo I can post them.Apparently he knew this would happen but did not tell us and give us the choice to seek a solution the great guy at the sanding association is now trying to help us as, budget floor sanding do not seem interested.Maybe give them simple jobs will not recommend or use again.

Its disappointing that you do not like your polished floors Lyn. Your old timber floors had already been polished and there was already a distinct difference in the floor colour before we sanded it back and recoated it. Never did we state that we could turn your old Queenslanders floors into brand new ones. Old floors will often have variations due to their age and recoating them may enhance blemishes that already exist in the floor. Unfortunately we do not have a crystal ball and can not foresee exactly how old floors will react to a fresh coating. We have since been contacted by two other floor sanding companies that you contacted seeking opinions on our work. Tim from Moretons Timber Flooring forwarded your photos and text conversation to us, including your intention of writing this bad review. He stated to you that "I really think that is unfair after seeing the photos. Being unhappy with the look of your floors is different to poor workmanship. Many of my customers would dream of a timber floor in such a good condition and finish to a high standard like yours" Sadly you can not make everyone happy. Perhaps the perfect floor you were looking for was to be found in fake manufactured repetitive patterned vinyl flooring.
