When a contractor smashes your dream in giving a quote, offers absolutely no solutions only state challenges then contradict themselves in every other sentence best bet is to stay clear. Maybe this is his style. Not for me.. This is what this guy did. He probably does good work but his ability to quote a job and sell himself as a legitimate trustworthy contractor totally lacks!

Used Building Co #7 for commercial build! Great work, fair price and on time! Highly Recommend them if you want great work and reliable service. I will use them again on future commercial and residential projects. One of the few builds that never game me a headache and an ulcer. Thanks Jeremy, Jason and Allen for making this happen. A++++

I'm writing this to you, as I am kicking back next to my astonishing fireplace and marveling at the quality and craftsmanship of your remodel. I have had the opportunity to work with many contractors and carpenters over the years and have to say that you and your team certainly topped them all. You and your team have exceeded all of mine and my husband's expectations! The work was completed in a timely manner and I never even knew anyone was here, because of how clean and neat everything was kept! Thank you for all of your hard work! I can't wait to see what project I will need you for next, because I know it will come out better than I can imagine!!

Building company # 7 is the most professional company I have ever worked with. Their work is amazing and the before and afters leaves you speechless. I would hire them over and over.

Jeremy is very professional and is efficient on getting things done in a timely manner. If there is a bump in the road during a project or an unforeseen issue he calls you and discusses the options available and the pros cons. This is something I truly respect in a contractor. Some contracting companies will not tell you what is going on and just cut corners. Building Company No. 7 is about quality and professionalism. I will definitely be using this company again on some upgrades to my office.

Jeremy and his team did a good job on a flooring project that we had a quick turn around time to complete. Initially we felt that they rushed things but after making a phone call to discuss they came back out and took care of the rest of the job quickly. They found a wood floor that we couldn't match using their connections. We would use them again in the future if there is a need.

I received several bids for my basement build out and Building Co No 7 was very competitive. We broke down the contract into phases and they clearly communicated what would be completed when and exactly what would be included within the scope of the project. They offered ideas and some direction when needed. They highlighted risks and where additional cost may be incurred. Once we agreed on the scope of the project and price they stuck with it. They said what they were going to do and did what they said. They finished on time and on budget. Absolutely the best contractor experience I've had.

We had a fire in our garage which required repairs. The estimate was in line with expectations and all phases of the repair were clearly outlined. Had the opportunity to meet with the owner and found him to be a very knowledgeable and engaging person. An adjustment needed to be made in the scheduled work and was handled very professionally. The completed work was found to be more than satisfactory. I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future if needed.

Building No 7 has remodeled my house. They have done an excellent job in every area. Jeremy, owner, was there for us in every situation. The employees are prompt, communicative and respectful. Kristi the office manager is wonderful and professional. I recommend this company whole heartedly.
