We hired Built by Pros in the spring of 2017 after meeting them at the Mississauga Home Show. After spending about 30 minutes talking with Ricardo and Suzanne we knew we'd met the right people to completely re-do the main floor of our early 70's home. The place looks absolutely fantastic and we have no regrets whatsoever .We had an idea of what we wanted but needed the eye of a professional to guide us in the right direction and Suzanne's design suggestions were bang-on. Good thing I took lots of before and after pictures because my wife and I have had lots of laughs about how it used to look. It never seems that bad until things are fixed,right?

What can we say about Built By Pros. My girlfriend and I took almost one year of meeting with many contractors before choosing Built by Pros. From the initial meeting and many various revisions to our contract we choose wisely and selected them. They were always willing to answer questions and come up with ideas to reduce cost. They were on time and did quality work. They were always available to discuss any concern’s we had along the way. We couldn’t have built our dream home without them. Every project within the big picture ha been done to our satisfaction! Sub-contractors were worth the wait every time. Any issues were dealt with by Suzanne and Riccardo with speed and assurance of completing the picture perfect design. We are super happy with the final result. We love our home! Thanks to Suzanne, Riccardo and the entire BBPs crew!

Our 3,600 Sq. Ft. house burned down but not completely. Suzanne & Ricardo or Built By Pros took on this project re-built our house through all the difficulties of dealing with a house that was mostly, but not completely, burned (e.g.: no roof, soda blasting, etc.). They worked through the winter of 2015/2016 and we got our house back by fall 2016. Thank you Built By Pros
