Steve & Patti treat you like family, they have done work for us twice over the past 3 or 4 years the first time was a big job and the second time was a very small job. Both times we were treated like their most important customer and their installers could not have done a better job.

We recently had Carpet Village install wall-to-wall carpeting in my mother-in-law's condo (living room, hallway and bedroom), which is attached to our house. The installers were very prompt in being here on time and they were very professional in all of the steps it takes to get the new carpet installed: moving all furniture carefully; taking out the old carpet; vacuuming the area to ensure all floors were clean prior to installing the new carpet; instilling the new carpet and returning the furniture to its original areas. Their final step was to clean up all areas as if they were never there... except for the new carpet which looked great! The workmen, besides being very professional, were very friendly which made our experience even better. I would recommend Carpet Village to anyone because of their high quality of product and service plus a great price!

Steve and his team are very knowledgeable and look for ways to meet the customers needs while saving them money. They followed up on the carpet, tile and flooring installation and resolved a couple of flaws I hadn't even caught. They are a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to my friends.

These people really know flooring. They provided help with designs in marble, ceramic and glass tile, as well as hard wood and carpet. Great Service, Arrived on time and cleaned-up afterwards.

I have used the Services of Carpet Village personally and for my Window Treatment Company for over 20 years. They are very reliable and easy to work with. I find them to be true professionals! I have recommended them many times and feel that if you are ever in need of a tile or carpet Company you could never do better then Carpet Village!

Our experience with Carpet Village has been outstanding in every way! Without question we have thee very best floors in the neighborhood creating considerable floor envy among the neighbors. From incredible marble medallions, hardwood floors, extensive tile varieties, wall-to-wall & gorgeous area carpets, and an incredible vinyl flooring that everyone believes is Pennsylvania blue stone. Stephen and Patti Dayton and their staff gave us patient and expert assistance in the as-lengthy-as -you-like selection process. Wow do they have selections! They also kept it from being overwhelming by quickly distinguishing major characteristics for, and within, the product lines. Honest and faithful service clearly prevailed from beginning to beautiful end. Services available are considerable, and a!l installations were fulfilled timely and were expertly executed.

We were moving and needed to get new carpet in a bedroom. We contacted Carpet Village and they were quick to respond with a measurement and quote. They gave us options for color and price. The installation was done well and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. Office staff gave me numerous samples and answered all my questions. Install was seamless, workers were professional, polite, and even worked on a holiday weekend to get my flooring completed

Had my entire townhouse re-carpeted with a new baby on the way. Service was fantastic, and value couldn't be beat. My son is now two years old and the carpet still looks great. I would recommend Carpet Village to anyone who is looking to upgrade their living space.
