I contacted C&D Garage Doors after reading great reviews from other customers. And I also had a great experience! Our garage door would not close properly, and a technician came out the next day. They first tried to service the door with adjusting the down force and beam sensitivity, as well as lubricating all rollers, hinges, and springs. This service alone was about $75. However, the door still would not close as the motor ultimately needed to be replaced. Not only did the technician promptly replace with our garage opener with a modern and quite unit with built in WiFi, but he also waived the cost of the initial service! The entire service was $395 for a brand new Lift Master and remotes, which we felt was a remarkable deal! We are very happy with the service we received, as well as the professionalism of the technician.

C&D Garage Doors is a fabulous company with reliable service reps and outstanding prices that includes a built-in, free warranty! With C&D Garage Doors, I could not have received better service or price for my garage motor and remotes to be replaced! They came out within a day of calling, with a price quote given over the phone, that stayed the same to the end of installation of a new (extremely quiet) garage motor. This was not an emergency situation and the day/ time was convenient for me. I am so happy with C&D Garage Doors! After using the commonly TV advertised garage door company in my area, (they are listed way down the alphabet) and receiving poor service with outrageous prices, I asked several friends for referrals to a decent garage door company. I found out that the TV advertised company send their service reps out to quote prices and wheel and deal with you, because they work on commission. What a ripoff! Please check multiple companies for quotes and don't work with the service monkeys that come to your home to quote high prices and steal your money!

C & D Garage Doors provided the best service we've ever received! My husband and I had originally seen an ad in the paper for another company and were just planning to use them. However, when we purchased our house, we received some referrals from the realty company. I called up to get an estimate on what we needed done, which was adding a second motor to our third car stall, three new remotes, and a new keypad. Right off the bat, C & D beat the other company's price and we weren't even asking for a keypad with the others. The other company quoted us at $550 with no keypad and C & D saved us $125 and gave us a keypad. They also had an opening for someone to come out the following day which was awesome. As soon as Tim and Brian came out, they assessed the situation and there was a slight issue with our garage. The previous owners had installed wood storage racks directly above the garage which was blocking where the track needed to be installed. Immediately, Tim came up with the solution of cutting part of the wood, but also explaining that would weaken the rack. Shortly after they began the install, they asked us if we would like to have the new motor on the two door stall and just have the old one switched and provided it at no extra cost. We were completely blown away by their work ethic, knowledge, and kindness, plus, the price was less than what we were originally quoted. My husband and I will only ever use C & D Garage Doors whenever we need servicing and we will absolutely refer to our friends and family. Every company should operate the way C & D does!

We had 3 different companies come out & give estimates for my mother's garage. Someone tried unsuccessfully to break in & damaged it pretty bad. They were very accommodating & about $600-$800 less than the other 2. The installers were on time, very friendly & courteous .. before noon, we had a new door!! Our garage door had only a single spring and that one broke. We purchased our house brand new 13 years ago, and our garage door never really sounded quiet. In May, as I was leaving for work and going to out garbage cans out, our door froze. I looked up and saw the spring was in two pieces. I called my neighbors for recommendations. I called their picks and was told that Monday would be the earliest Amy of them could come out, and it was Thursday!:( I had met Donna from C&D at an event and was able to find her card. I gave them a call and they said they would be out in about 1 1/2 hours. I was elated! They were early and finished in 45 mins! They replaced my single spring with a double spring, and found the gear box needed to be replaced too. When they tested the door, I was stunned to not hear my door! It was so quiet! I recommend them any time I hear if someone with garage door issues. They are fairly priced, quick to respond, and quick to finish the job.

Our garage door was backed into and they came out right away, gave us a price and suggested that they could come back and stabilize it so we could continue to use it until a new door could be delivered. We had considered replacing the door several months earlier as it was getting very noisy and we also wanted to get a taller door if one would fit our garage. C & D was able to fit a taller door on our garage, they replaced the door opener and even did wood repair and replacement that was needed for under $1300. It was less than the price quoted by other companies that came out several months earlier. The other companies were just quoting us the price of the door and it was more than the entire job with C & D. They have done repairs and replacement for other family members and we all have been very pleased with this companies professionalism and prompt response to calls. They always arrive when they say they will and their prices are economical.
