We have used L&R for several outdoor projects on our home and I can not say enough about how wonderful they are! We have done both front and backyard projects with them and I love how even though they were done a few years apart, they blend seamlessly together giving beautiful continuity to our entire outdoor area. From our first phone conversation, to the very first consultation, to the bid, to planning, and then execution - I always felt in the loop. I had a profound sense that the work that was being done was/ is of the highest quality. They are masters of transforming the concept of what we wanted, our sense of style, and how we planned to live in/ use the space and created design that I could have never imagined. Really, so beautiful! Crews always arrived on time, were so nice, extremely efficient, very tidy, and did beautiful work. No corners were ever cut and consequently, our landscaping projects with L&R have been my personal highlights in the long list of renovations we have done to our home over the last decade. I highly recommend them for all your landscaping needs.

I hired L&R over other landscapers because of their beautiful design and I really liked Ron and Dawn. I am so glad I did! We had our entire front walkway and landscaping done including stairs and an overlay on our cement porch. I also had the hardscape sealed which I recommend. The hardscape done is beyond 5 stars! Dawn is fantastic at helping to choose materials and Jose is an artist with flagstone. The project took longer than expected - no matter who you choose, this happens. The guys did sometimes work under a tarp during the rain. My only point that prevented this from being 5 stars is a few of the plants are not working for the space. I know nothing about plants, especially in the north, so I was no help. We will wait until spring to see how things pop up. I know Dawn will work to make it right. Dawn was always quick to respond on any questions or concerns. Layla in the office was also a pleasure. Overall, a very happy customer!

I would highly recommend L&R! From the vision beyond my expectations of Ron on initial consultations to the proposals and high end material presentation from Dawn to the professional CAD drawings from Bob to the hardworking onsite crew. I have hired L&R for numerous projects including refacing fireplace with natural stone, front paver walkway with blue stone front steps to pillar enlargement with stone. Also, outside drainage correction, removal of large trees and old landscaping and patios to beautiful landscaping with elaborate pavers seating areas with fire pit, up lighting and regrading around trees. They are true magicians at their craft! Thank you!

Inspiration Seeker

L&R did an outstanding job on a major landscaping project in our backyard. They had to excavate the land, build a retaining wall, install a fire pit, build a very large deck with custom bench seating, install natural stone steppers, and install privacy trees and landscape plants. Their execution was flawless from beginning to end. They provided excellent customer service and they truly care about making their customers happy. We used them to design and build our outdoor living space and we couldn't be happier. Our backyard went from being a dump to a "vacation resort". We look forward to working with them again as they are an honest business with high integrity.
