We found the Compendium Group to be very responsive to any of our needs and/or concerns during the building process and would definitely build with them again. More than anything, they have a team concept going and all of them did a great job keeping us in the loop. Their ideas & suggestions along the way certainly provided some much needed insight to us building our custom home from scratch.

10/10 would recommend! We would give 10 STARS if we could. We have always heard that "building a house is stressful, you'll run into delays, arguments with your builders, etc." Our experience with Compendium couldn't be further from this stereotype. BUILDING PROCESS: We worked with Micah and Tatum starting the summer of 2020. They were INCREDIBLE throughout the entire process of designing and planning for our dream home, helping us understand all of the little details that would go into it, not to mention, keeping us focused on staying within our budget. It was abundantly clear that they had done this before and were the experts we needed. Even throughout COVID, we didn't have many delays, at all (outside of some appliance stuff, which Compendium went above and beyond to help with). They stayed on top of everything and over-communicated throughout the entire process. We were in our home within 6 months of the build starting, which met our exact expectations. POST BUILD: We've been in our new home for a year now and they continue to check in and see how things are, we've had tiny fixes here and there and they are always quick to come over and help. We also had a few things come up where we wanted to make some small changes after living in the house and noticing "oh we want a lock here or an outlet here" and they have been great with this too. It's clear that they care deeply about their homeowners and want the very best for them.

We have been in our Compendium Group home for about 4.5 years and love it just as much as the day we moved in. The house has aged incredibly well and, thanks to the insight of the CG team, the house's clean lines, and style will not become out of date anytime soon. The process was a complete breeze. We will definitely build with them again and cannot recommend them enough. A huge congrats to the CG team for the great work they have put into their builds and also our community. We are looking forward to our next build with you!

Micah and the whole team were delightful to work with. Everyone was down to earth and quick to respond. I really appreciated the suggestions and ideas along the way and also the willingness to help me figure out how to accomplish some of my own ideas. The workmanship is first rate and all around it was a fantastic experience. We are so grateful to our architect and to Compendium for building such a great house. We've been in almost a year now and we couldn't be happier with it.

We worked with Compendium throughout 2018 and 2019 to design and build our dream home. It was an excellent experience. When we were at the beginning of the project, Compendium listened to us and help us articulate our wish list for our dream home. They then took us to see a number of their homes to identify the pros and cons of various features. When we fell in love with a particular style, they helped us make our own personal changes to the floor plan in order to make it functional for our lifestyle. In an industry where being delayed, failing to communicate, and always going over budget is the norm, Compendium is a very pleasant exception. They kept us updated as to the status of the design and build, and were quick to answer any and all questions and concerns we raised. When discussing budget, Compendium was wonderful at helping us identify where we wanted to spend and where we were willing to cut costs to meet the budget. I have recommended Compendium to all my friends and colleagues looking to build or renovate.
