Julie was really great to work with. She produced a series of project design options using design software that took pictures from our existing home and added in new hardscape and landscape options. We worked with Julie to pick the options we liked the best and incorporate them into our final design. The design software helped make the theoretical designs real for us. Julie was informative when it came to materials options and did additional research when we had questions about a natural gas fire pit (which we now have installed). I rated a 4 instead of a 5 because the outdoor showroom could be enhanced/expanded to showcase additional design options. But if you visit their showroom and you need more help visualizing your project, don't leave without talking with Julie, she can create a visual design that'll help you design and your contractor build!

Conklin listened to the consumer's wants and needs and provided the necessary guidance to assist in choosing a quality installer and paver. Julie and her brother were consummate professionals-they respected our tastes and never pressured us in our decision making process.
