A very good experience from start to finish. The proposal and sales presentation was top notch. The work behind it was also very good. If you need a new roof, you should take a look at the product they are offering.

WORST EVER - Core was suggested by my insurance company to replace our roof and gutters and I will never EVER go with their suggestions again.And definitely NOT Core. The initial contacts were great - on time seemed like a solid company. Then the front guy was replaced by a bunch of buffoons. The roof crew showed up to do the work but they did not have the materials. The office called and said they forgot to order it all. So we wait. The materials arrive on our driveway days later and a much smaller crew arrives days after that. Too bad not all of the things they needed had been ordered. So the day and a half job drags out to 3. The pile of leftover supplies remains on our driveway. I call and am told someone will come get it. Another week goes by and still no gutters...and roof leftover supplies still sitting on the driveway. So I call, again, and "opps, we forgot to schedule that." So we have rain splashing down all over for another week until the gutter crew can come out. They leave and the extra roofing supplies are STILL ON THE DRIVEWAY. And a section of the gutters was missed. So I call, again, and they send the gutter guy back but the supplies still remain on the driveway. After 5 weeks we had someone come remove the "garbage" left behind. I was told at the initial contact that the roof permit would be closed with an inspection by the county. I called several times, wrote a letter, and sent an email asking when the inspection was scheduled. I just got off the phone with the county... it had never been asked for. Do yourself a favor - go with anyone else. Core is not a good company.

Core did a fabulous job on our home and for the adjacent condominium project. Two different jobs but both were handled timely, professionally and with a good value. They worked well with the insurance company and were able to offer me the flexibility to upgrade mine to a real Vermont Slate product. The upgrade was, of course, at my cost but they worked to give me the flexibility.

We had hail damage the second year in a row - after adding solar panels. They provided an estimate based on what our insurance offered and made recommendations for some additional work that they recommended - and worked with the insurance company to have it approved. They kept in touch throughout the process, kept to schedule and worked quickly. Since it was a partial replacement, they were able to match the current shingles even though we didn't have the name of the product. Excellent service by everyone involved.

Core was recommended by our insurance company for a new roof and they did a GREAT job. Laurel Kjersten was our rep and she was endlessly patient in explaining the process and helping us choose the right shingle. Everything was finished in a timely manner and they were very careful of our landscaping and cleaned up well after themselves. Can't recommend them more highly!

This is the second time we've used Core , this time they replaced our gutters and rear patio roof this winter. They recommended products that we ended up liking better than what we originally picked.. They showed up on time, completed the work as promised and we are very happy with our new patio roof and gutters. They also stayed on budget which was very important to us. Thanks Core! Testimonial for Core Construction I recently had a roof installed by another firm. When I looked up at the ceiling of my garage, I saw old roof boards dangling down ready to fall. I understood that the City of Denver Inspectors were behind schedule but was lucky enough to get a referral from a friend to assess my new roof. That referral was Core Construction. I only wish I had known about them earlier. Eric Leonardo of Core Construction came out to my house to assess the problem listed above. He found 10 other areas shockingly of that new roof that were installed incorrectly. In an hour-long review, he was thorough and professional, snapping pictures, writing out a list of problem areas, and at the end of his careful examination, he expected no compensation. He wouldn’t even let me pay him—he saw how I had been fleeced and simply wanted to help. I’m indebted to Core Construction and Eric especially and admire the way they do business.

Worked with Andrew and Thomas on this project, my commercial building in Wash Park. This company is truly firsts class! Because of hail damage this spring my roof needed to be replaced. Core came in and evaluated the damage, replaced and upgraded my roof to BETTER protect from hail damage and replaced it on time as I was told! WOW thats a first in this crazy world. I couldn't have been more pleased with the work, follow up and cleanup they did! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR RES, AND OR COMMERCIAL!! Thanks Guys, J. Miller
