All I can say is they are amazing.!Very responsive, great ideas, on time, they are the complete builders / remodelers you are looking for. Our project was a complete townhouse remodel. Electrical, plumbing, framing, sheetrock, tile work, etc. Once our plans were complete, 4 months for the whole project. Vitt and the team do a great job and always gave us options to consider. They are a pleasure to work with. Can’t appreciate them enough!

I’m writing this review as I sit in my absolutely beautiful new kitchen which was remodeled by CBB. From our first meeting with Jeff, we knew CBB was the right contractor to hire! Working with Vitt and Jason on our home remodel was a wonderful experience. During the design, they really listened to what we wanted, but gave accurate and appropriate suggestions when they thought something would look better a different way. Their subcontractors are polite, prompt, and professional – and they all did fantastic, detailed work. The app they use with the calendar made the process very clear. We appreciate their organization! Any change to the scope was discussed in detail and all of our (many) questions were answered promptly. CBB finished our project ahead of schedule so we could move in before our rental lease expired. We love the remodel CBB completed on our home. We cannot wait to hire them again for the rest of our home! Thank you, Jeff, Vitt, Jason, and the rest of the CBB team!

Amazing. From the very first meeting until the final details, Costa Bella did exactly what they said they would do and on time. Almost without exception, they stuck to a shared calendar that orchestrated our project. My CBB foreman for the project, Justin, managed the project carefully and was a pleasure to work with. Owners Jeff and Vitt offered valuable insight gained from their extensive building experience. And all of their subs were punctual, professional and a pleasure to watch in action. CBB is not a one man operation working out of a pick-up truck. They are a well-orchestrated team that makes the entire process . . . .fun? We have all heard horror stories about building projects gone awry: Twice as long, twice as expensive. Not CBB. They stayed on schedule and on budget, finishing on the exact day that was projected 4.5 months earlier. My only regret is that I don't have another project to hand to them. It was that good.

Costa Bella Delivered on the quality, timing, and costing of our project. their App allowed us to track work, pictures, costs and invoices for everything. Complete transparency. My wife and I very much enjoyed the experience. CCB even came in under budget, which we were excited about. Its a beautiful outcome. We love it.

You both made this project so easy, trust me that I am known to not give up control of much, you went beyond my expections. I so appreciate everything you have done, especiall how calm you both are and it allowed me to sleep knowing you had it under control. I also appreciated the app which is the best and really makes everything visable. You were not only on time but also on budget and those two words are not something you hear very often when it involves a remodel. I would be more than willing to give you 5 stars and tell anyone you are the best. Vit, I know Justin is fairly new but I can't say enough about is ability and calmness even when I am not calm. You are luckly to have him. The gift baskets were lovely, be sure and let everyone know they were appreciated and very thoughtful. It has only been a little over 24 hours and I have not really had time to appreciate all of the fabulous remodel...yet. This moving is freaking hard and not doing it again until I have to go to a home, hope that allows me to enjoy the beauty for at least 15 or more years, guess we will see. I know we have a few things to finish up but just had a minute and want you to know you are appreciated beyond words.

This home is stunning! Granted, that's a massive project yet the attention to detail - on all levels -- was incredible. Great job.

We had CBB gut and rebuild two bathrooms and a kitchen in our second-home condo in Aptos. This was our first time working with a contractor for full room remodels. We chose CBB from among four companies, and the reason we chose CBB was that first, they are very connected with local businesses which gives them a real competitive advantage, and second, they have a great portfolio of very high-end work they've completed in the area. This puts CBB in another class, yet their estimated costs were totally in line with other more run-of-the-mill outfits. Even still we felt we got more for the money, because at the same cost others were offering semi-custom or pre-fab cabinets, CBB was working with a great supplier in Watsonville who provided fully custom cabinets (and who seems to prioritize CBB as a partner as well). Vit was great to work with and he has a good relationship with local materials and fixtures suppliers. He made great suggestions on how to maximize the utility from our material budget, as well as "see things" we didn't, such as enlarging a room and moving a door a few inches in order to make more elbow room in a new shower. He made it easy to find time to get together and meet to discuss various aspects of the project when necessary and hooked us up with great people at the local plumbing fixture and tile providers. What really amazed us was that, during a time of supply shortages, CBB was able to put together a plan that seemed aggressive to us but nonetheless was completed on time and within budget. We kept saying to ourselves, "is this really going to be done by mid October?" and the answer ended up being "Yup!" Admittedly as with all projects like this, not everything went according to plan and a few loose ends needed to be tidied up after the project was done. An example: we had an issue with the lighting in one bathroom that was totally our fault (well actually it was Wayfair's fault for advertising the fixture as dimmable), and CBB made themselves available for the replacement and came out several times to try out different dimmers, and this was well over a month post completion, which tells me they will remain engaged until they are certain you are satisfied and will not leave you hanging (even if they are not at fault). Another example: we had a chandelier in a box that they offered to install for free even though it wasn't part of our plan. All along the way I felt that everyone I worked with was eager to please, took their work seriously and with pride, and kept communication lines wide open, straightforward and honest about every aspect of the project from the initial estimate to our options when something unexpected comes up.

Costa Bella Builders are the real deal. Vittorio, Jeff, and their team of professionals completed our project and transformed our house to brand new on time and under budget! Vittorio is a super talented contractor with a great eye for space and detail. At the start, when we found out our plans were too big for our budget, he helped us re-imagine the living area, resulting in a beautiful and comfortable design. Vittorio is extremely organized and manages his team well- our project calendar in the Costa Bella online portal was always up to date, and the subs moved through the job on schedule. Vittorio was easy to work with and wonderful with difficult personalities and situations. Whenever we encountered challenges with trades, vendors, or deliveries, Vittorio’s diplomacy won the day. I did not feel stressed during the project because I knew he would listen to any concerns we had and find a solution. When our flooring delivery was canceled due to shipping delays, Vittorio found wood flooring that we ended up liking better- at the same price-point as the original. He helped us find and choose quality materials and provided guidance on where to splurge and where to save. One thing that impressed me over and over about Vittorio is how low-key and pleasant he remains - no matter what. It is so nice to do business with someone who is not only good at what he does and a good communicator, but at the end of the day a good person as well. I am very happy with the renovation performed by Vittorio and his team. I absolutely recommend them for any major remodel or new build work - they have the expertise and the people skills to see it through.

We used Costa Bella Builders for a kitchen, laundry room and family room remodel, and they were exceptionally good! The entire process was very easy -- they had good suggestions and were very conscious of sticking to the budget. They only work with the best subcontractors. They completed the project ahead of schedule. The communication throughout the project was very good. The entire team at Costa Bella is very professional. I decided to use them for my remodel after reading other reviews on Houzz, and I now highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor!

We can't thank the Costa Bella team enough for the wonderful job they did for us, they made the process pretty easy. We had a rather large Kitchen/Great Room/Pantry that needed a complete gut and update and these guys were up for the challenge. Along the way there were some smaller updates we added to refresh the common areas of the home so they wouldn't seem outdated compared to the new Kitchen and WOW, everything tied in nicely and it makes our whole house look new! I always hear how remodels can break a marriage but thanks to Costa Bella and my husbands trusting in my decisions it was pretty painless! (*** and all during a pandemic!!)

We just completed a kitchen and bath remodel and wanted to give big kudos to Costa Bella Builders for a great job. Everyone there (Jeff, Vitt, Todd, Raul) was helpful and professional. All of the subs they brought in were also professional and the work was well done. Communication was great and they completed everything on time. We would recommend them highly and give them 6 stars!
