I found this company to be incredibly helpful and specifically Michelle. She took the time to personally show us different homes in the Lower Mainland with Creative Doirs on their garages. This helped to finalize our decision as we could visualize the product we were choosing. Quick, timely, personal, and wiling to go above and beyond. Personal service goes a long way! I was referred to Creative by the contractor renovating my MB ensuite. I lamented to him about the difficulties I had in getting my garage door serviced by the original supplier/installer --- not interested in a small job to replace the weather strip. I called Creative and the lady Meghann was so attentive, efficient and friendly. I emailed a picture of my garage door and she responded promptly. I had to pinch myself to believe that a company and its staff would treat a small job with such professionalism and promptness. Within 4 days Keith the service gentleman came and was equally professional in his presentation and work! Painless and complete, with honest assessment of my needs! I will recommend anybody with needs on garage doors to go to Creative Door! The world is a better place with staff like Meghann and Keith! Thank you.

On July 09, 2015, I had Creative Door, Regina Branch send a Technician out to repair my Garage Door opener. The Technician was very friendly and Knowledgeable. He knew the problem with the opener as soon as he heard what problems I was having with the opener. The Technician was right on time and was very friendly in explaining to me about the operation of my system and of any future problems I could have down the road. I had Creative Door install my whole Garage Door and system in 2000 when I built my new home. In 15 years I only required the services of Creative Door twice. That shows you of the high quality of the materials they installed. I definitely recommend Creative Door to anybody that is looking for a new system or just a repair to their existing system.
