Creative Habitats Marble - Granite - Tile

I had a very good experience working with Nese, and her team at Creative Habitats. The team was very professional and I’m extremely pleased with the outcome of my kitchen counters and backsplash.

I had an amazing experience with my kitchen renovation. Choosing my stone was an area that I wanted the best. Wasn’t something I was going to cut corners. The choices were amazing!

I, too, had a horrible experience with Creative Habitats. We had issues with the marble that was installed in our master bath that never were resolved as well. The marble was poorly installed with nicks and scratches and the silicone was peeling from day one. When this was brought to the attention of Creative Habitats, a person did come out to address it, but it still wasn’t correctly handled. At that point, my husband and I decided to have some one else take care of it. Fast forward almost a year later and we were having grouting issues with our kitchen. Once again, we reached out and received a very unprofessional and condescending response. There are so many other companies that want business and will do it much better than Creative Habitats. Don’t waste your time and money here. No wonder our contractor did not recommend them. It’s a shame that we took a chance with a local business and it failed at pleasing its clients.

I had an awful experience purchasing marble through the owner of Creative Habitats, Nese. The marble was not fabricated per our request and the installation was shoddy. When attempts were made to address the problems, the can was continually kicked down the road. During the whole resolution process she was arrogant, rude, and unprofessional. The installation issues still remain unresolved. Had I read reviews posted elsewhere, I would not have patronized this business. Absolutely the worst!

Creative Habitats did a phenomenal job on the granite counter top and tile back-splash in my kitchen. I walked in to the showroom knowing very little about granite and had no idea what kind of tile I wanted and left with a wealth of knowledge and a beautiful design. Nese has great taste! I couldn't be happier with how the project came out and I will definitely be using them when it comes time to update my bathrooms. I would recommend Creative Habitats to anyone who is doing a stone or tile project in their home. I am a very particular person and my job was perfect from beginning to end. Thank you!!!

I have been working with Rich from Creative Habitats for over 10 years. He is wonderful to work with. He has a strong and solid knowledge of the marble and tile business and works with you hand in hand providing detailed information every step of the way. He is always there on the job with a moments notice which helps tremendously during construction when things are changing daily. His craftsmanship is of the utmost level. Oh and by the way he is a lot of fun too!

Creative Habitats just finished a major project on our whole house remodel. The redesigned 3 bathrooms, our kitchen and tiled half of the first floor. Nese and Rich did an AMAZING job. They walked us through everything from selecting our tile and granite, to matching paint colors, picking faucets and hardware and reworking the layout of our kitchen. They were incredibly attentive and responsive, going above and beyond to take our very outdated house and making it into a beautiful home. They answered every question we had and had endless patience for all of our changes and additions. They even helped us track down the only granite we liked (that had stopped being produced), and found the last 2 slabs that we had been dreaming about. They have a beautiful showroom, which shows the myriad of options you can go with and are happy to put together as many concepts as you need to get the right end product. I can't say enough how much of help they have been. I don't know if we could have gotten through this remodel without them. We HIGHLY recommend Creative Habitats if you're looking for true experts in their field.

I've worked with Rich for a number of years. They do quality work!! I like their showroom and they always provide great customer service.
