Janice helped us with everything from picking a paint colour, to layout, finding the perfect pieces, with the right level of durability and at the right price. We were in need of just a single blind, after a garden door replacement, to match our existing blinds in our home. Joan helped us find and order what we needed and she was extremely helpful and prompt in addressing our questions after we received the blind.

Love this store, it's so inviting with great staff and COFFEE of course. Every time I need to purchase furniture it's my go to. The selection of furniture is amazing. I would highly recommend them for your furniture needs.

My new draperies from Cricklewood aren't just great- they are perfect!! Denise Hinde was very helpful with selecting draperies for my office/living room. It was a challenge because I had cream sofa brought from a previous home and grey walls. I also was hoping for a sheer but not too sheer. So a lot to ask for. I met Denise at the store and she came to my house. After searching through many fabric books we selected a "oyster" coloured sheer with some texture. They look modern but are soft, pretty and they work with my colours and give me the privacy I was looking for. Thanks Denise and Cricklewood!! Btw, I had previously had a quote from a store that specialized in window coverings. The price was 3x and the salesperson at this other store neglected to tell me the fabric chosen would have had multiple cuts/seams and it was not in stock and may never have been. They would have had my deposit and who knows what the result would have been. I'm so glad I called Cricklewood!

We used Cricklewood to furnish and design and install window coverings for a new build. The service was five star, the quality of everything we received was amazing, and I highly recommend their team for any project small or large.

We had specific needs and some size restrictions. Janice was so knowledgeable in showing us sofas and chairs. She continued to search our the items we needed on line for us and she gave us wonderful design advice on picking our fabrics and was very knowledgeable about all the products. We ended up with the perfect furniture. Janice always kept us updated on furniture arrival times, Some of our furniture arrived sooner than expected and our costs were less than what we expected to pay for the quality of pieces that we bought. Over all the ladies at Circklewood made what could have been a stressful experience very enjoyable and pleasant. We will definitely be back to buy from Circklewood for any other furniture we may need in the future.

Cricklewood is a great store, they have fabulous merchandise and a wonderful staff. Customer service is very high on the priority list, that to me is worth it's weight in gold. All of the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to take the time to work with you, making sure you are happy with the end result. I have bought many pieces at Cricklewood over the years and been very happy with them all. Most of my purchases have been made with the help of Janice, who has great ideas and advice.

This is such a great furniture store. The furniture is well made, well priced and beautiful. We recently renovated our home and I needed furniture for every room. The sales gal Denise Hinde ( whom I had never met before) seemed genuinely interested in helping me find the perfect furniture, that not only looked good ,but was extremely comfortable and durable. She asked me to bring in a sample of my paint/ millwork colours and room dimensions and together we picked out furniture for every room. Every piece turned out amazing and looks inviting and comfortable. It was so fun and stress free working with her. The store and staff get five stars from me. For over a decade, I have been using Cricklewood Interiors as one of my "go-to" furniture and accessories store, for myself, as well as for my interior design clients. They are a retailer with quality products/lines, they have good, competitive pricing, and their staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

We had the pleasure of working in the Cricklewood showroom twice in the past year in order to showcase the specialty finishes of Pure & Original's all natural, mineral based paints. Working with Gail, Joan, Janice and the entire Design team was very enjoyable. Their appreciation and enthusiasm for introducing visually captivating and environmentally sensitive products and finishes to their clientele is commendable. I truly enjoy shopping at Cricklewood. From the beautiful displays of the furniture and the accessories, to the very helpful and professional people who work there…This is what makes a daunting task of picking out home furnishings for some of us "Decorating Challenged" so much easier when you come to a store like this! I came to the store with a redecorating project which seemed extensive for me, but with the help of all the lovely ladies, especially Janice, the entire project was done timely and at a good cost! I love my new home decor!!!
